Airtel — Airtel broadband connection suspended without notice.

Hello,

My internet broadband got suspended yesterday at around 2.20 PM. I have fully paid the bills yesterday, still it has not resumed.

Broadband ID :[protected]_dsl
Relationship Number : FT2203l[protected]

I have recently shifted my connection from Karnataka to Uttar Pradesh. The internet got suspended for a bill which was not sent to me on my mail and it wasn't showing up on Airtel Thanks App as well. Without any clear communication internet service got barred and it has been more than 21 hours since internet is disconnected. Despite calling customer care several times and visiting the Airtel store personally yesterday to clear the bills.

I request you to escalate this matter and resolve the issue ASAP.
