Airtel — airtel broadband disconnection not processed poor service

I have been trying to disconnect my Airtel broadband connection for a long time, but no proper support is being provided. I contacted customer care and also tried through the app, but the issue is still not resolved.

This is extremely frustrating and shows poor service from Airtel. I request immediate disconnection of my broadband connection.

Kindly take urgent action and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
