Airtel — Airtel broadband frequent disconnection, no resolution

I have been facing frequent disconnection issues with my Airtel broadband connection for the past several days. Despite multiple calls and follow-ups with customer care, no proper support or resolution has been provided. This has caused major disruptions in my work and daily use.

I have clearly requested the customer service team to resolve the issue or cancel the plan and refund my money, but there has been no serious action taken. The agents either do not respond or keep giving temporary fixes that don’t work.

This kind of poor service is unacceptable, especially from a major provider like Airtel.

I request Airtel to:

Immediately cancel my broadband connection.

Refund the money for the current billing cycle.

Take accountability for the service failure.
