[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Broadband - Refund of Deposit

Applied for Airtel Broadband on 27 September 2020 and subscribed for Monthly Rental ₹499 (40Mbps) plan. The Airtel personnel asked us to pay Rs.1768 online for installation & plan, which we did (Airtel product payment taxation ID:[protected]. He told us that Airtel would do installation of broadband by 2 pm of 27 September 2020, however, no installation was done that day.
I contacted the Airtel personnel several times after that since I had an urgent requirement of broadband but they even stopped picking up the calls. Thereafter, I was told that connection and installation would be done within 72 hrs. Now more than 72 hours have passed and they are again saying that they need 3 more days due to some technical issue in area.
I feel exhausted by such a poor response towards customer by Airtel. I no longer want Airtel broadband to be installed and want my Rs.1768 to be refunded.
