Canceled by the company Date: 15/01/2017
Approached customer care Date: 15/01/2017
Nodal Officer approched date 1: 21/01/2017 (They said with 72 hours you will get refund)
Nodal Officer approched date 2 : 27/01/2017(Again saying the same)

I have opted airtel brodband but due to technical reasons they unable to give service at my location and said with in 15 days amount will refund.

but till now it was not done i had approached customer care and nodal officer also they are saying with in 72 hours amount will refund. after that also amount not refunded.

and at 16th of Jan 2017 i got a mail and SMS as 15 Jan 5 pm as below.

Dear customer, thank you for your interest in Airtel broadband. However, due to some technical constraints, we are unable to provide the broadband connectivity in your area at this moment . Inconvenience is deeply regretted. Your activation fee(if paid) will be refunded within 15 days.

but till not the refund is not made.

and now i am getting call to install the service.

Kindly i am requesting to refund. in mean while i went to other connection based on your communication.

Let me know how much time it will take, See the above mail chain when ever i asked we had posted high priority request with in 72 hours it will update. The same thing from your Nodal officer and Appellate Authority. After cancel it was almost 20 days. Every time same answer we are working on this we will update in 72 hours.

Please resolve it and refund the amount.
