"Airtel Broadband Shift = Airtel Big Delay: Engineer Ghosted, Service Busted!

I have a airtel broadband shift connection request with SR no.[protected] made on 2nd July with scheduled appointment on 5th July 5 P.m, On 5th July morning around 11.30 am, a technician called and assured he will assign a engineer to complete the request. Around 4.30 P.m, the engineer got ghosted and recieved a message that the shift connection request is postponed to July 9 making my internet services unusable and forcing me to pay the monthly rentals. Hence, kindly a immediate action to resolve the issue or undertake the procedures for service disconnection
