Airtel — airtel cancelled my prime subscription | |||
On the 17th of July, Airtel cancelled my Amazon Prime subscription that was supposed to be provided to be as part of my 299 INR pack. I raised a complaint with their customer care on the very same day, and they mentioned that this was an issue at the Amazon's side and when I raised a similar complaint with them, they clearly mentioned that Airtel has cancelled my subscription. Since then, I have been dealing with the extremely incompetent, rude and ineffective customer care executives of Airtel who have not been able to resolve my issue. Due to which, I have not been able to avail my benefits for over 1.5 months. They have been extorting charges from me as part of my pack and have been cheating and defrauding me since the 17th of July. Was this information helpful? | |||
