Airtel — AIRTEL changed my plan without my consent

Hi, I have been a loyal customer of airtel for more than 20 years and had no complaints till now apart from the usual call drop issue. I trusted airtel hence had opted for ECS, auto debit way of paying airtel bill. I had a monthly plan of rs.424 as of last year(2020). I realised a bit late (feb 2021) with shock that they have changed my plan from rs.424 to 1999/ on 1st oct 2020. They have not taken any form of consent with me. I checked the monthly bills and called up airtel to 1) revoke ecs 2) raise a complaint regarding the change of plan without consent issue. I was advised by the customer care executive that someone from airtel will call me and resolve the issue within 24 hours on 25th feb 2021. No one called. I waited for a about a month . I again reached out to customer care and raised another complaint on 12th April for which i got a similar answer that someone will reach out in 24 hours. No one called.
They disconnected my service because I had stopped ECS and was not ready to pay the march 2021 bill without resolving the issue.
I again called today, 15th April because they disconnected my number due to non bill payment. I spoke to a supervisor called samjitha. She has again told that some will call back in 24 hours and meanwhile restored my number temporarily for 72 hours. She questioned me back and blamed on me that I should have checked of plan change as of 1st oct and that why i am complaining now. Airtel is completely avoiding any responsibility by having this kind of response for a loyal customer of 20 years.
They have collected via ecs debit in excess of more than rs.8000. Please help to resolve this issue.
