Hi team I am ex employee of airtel. My last working day was 22.1.2021. I want my relieving letter. But I unable to login ambasadar portal. Lot of mails sent to hr active but still no reesponse

    I am very sad about my loss of money due to my fault. I was careless to recharge at wrong number. But I would like airtel please see my matter and refund my money. As it matters to me so much. For airtel RS149 is nothing but this amount means two days meals for me. I hope airtel will see this matter in perspective of a common person who works day and night to earn 100rs a day.

        Bought new Airtel DTH connection online. Paid for it as well - Rs. 1441. It has been a week but no intimation on installation from the company. Tired of ivrs response from customer care. Have also spoken to customer care executives thrice but no action initiated whatsoever. Got an sms with confirmation immediately after payment "Hi, recharge of Rs 1441 for your Airtel DigitalTV id[protected] is successful. Updated a/c balance : Rs 1441." Please either install this soon or refund my money so that I can go to another DTH service provider.

          I have Re-install Airtel broadband connection on 17th Mar'21 (Bangalore, Bommanahalli) & got the bill of Rs. 677/- from the past connection which got terminated on 16th Sept'21 with all dues cleared till 16th Sept'20.

          When asked customer care executive to raise a Service Request for proper redressal, they clearly denied it & inform me that I will have to pay the amount only.
          Seems like there is no proper redressal system in airtel.

            Airtel hasn't refunded the money against the DTH services which were canceled. Salesperson Ashwath reddy ([protected]) cheated with multiple commitments and then absconded, However, the entire amount of Rs 4328 was paid to Airtel which Airtel has failed to refund till now. Shame on you Airtel! Refund the money ASAP.

                  i lost my moble no three days before, i came in the modeel town airtel showroom, .
                  They gave me reason that my old photo not matching with my new photo.

                    I Tahir Khan is a saving bank account customer union Bank of India maharajganj branch in uttar pradesh. Account Number - [protected]. 18/3/2020 evening I did a transaction Reference id[protected] of amount rs. 3873 but unfortunately transaction was failed but amount was already debited from my account. I humbly request you for amount of failed transaction to be reverted back in my account.

                      I have an Airtel postpaid connection ( [protected] ). My bill payment was due from December, against which airtel has blocked its services from past 2 months.

                      First issue is that Airtel has the worst connection in my area, and has complained various times in the Airtel store as well as previously to the people calling again and again for the bill payment. But as usual Airtel people are launching big campaign for procuring customers but not committed to provide service to the customer using your network from the past 20 years.

                      Second issue if Airtel has stopped my services then why they are billing me for that month. Is it FAIR to bill a customer for the month the service is not being provided by Airtel ?

                      Please tell me why I should pay for the poor service and blocked service for the past 2 months. I told this issue to the people continuously calling me but as usual they are not interested in my problem with airtel but only pay the bill is their agenda.

                      I paid late fine for the late payment for 4 months, I paid for 2 months rental for service stopped by Airtel for late payment

                      Airtel is following Unethical business practices in order to increase their revenue.

                        Hi, i am harsh, and i port a sim in airtel in 17th JAN. 2021 but the distributor of your company don't detail me my FRC recharge and he convert my sim in postpaid number but already talk him my sim not port in prepaid number but he don't know.                         Hi,

                        I'm am stying in Dubai. I am recharging my phone regularly to keep it activated. On March 10 I received a last message from airtel to recharge unlimited options to keep outgoing calls activated. I have recharged accordingly, after that there is no netwrok showing in my phone despite I have checked my phone and reincerted SIM card once again but no use. It seems it is deactivated. Kindly resolve the issue. As I'm flying to India thin month, I need this number to use when I reach there.

                          I tried to pay my merchant ( Amazon.in) through airtel wallet on 16/02/2021. Money deducted but order not placed!!

                          Next day I received a mail from my Merchant that PAYMENT FAILED!!

                          I waited for 7 days for auto credit in the wallet but amount not refunded.

                          Then contacted several time with the Airtel Payment service center but no any solution till now!!

                              I have recharged my Airtel mobile number [protected].with Rs 598 pack on 5.3.2021 from Airtel.in website. An amount of Rs 598 deducted from my bank account ( SMS message for the transaction received from the bank is attached) but re charge was unsuccessful and my services were stopped by Airtel.I have contacted customer care through mail [protected]@in.airtel.com and they have verified records and found that the recharge of Rs.598/- done on[protected] was unsuccessful and ensured that the amount would automatically be reversed to my bank/credit card account within 10 working days, they also mentioned in the mail that in case the amount is not reversed to my bank/credit card account beyond 10 working days, they asked to forward the following details for refund of payment.

                              a. Web site where recharge was done

                              b. Transaction id

                              c. Mode of Transaction payment (Net banking, Debit card or Credit card)

                              d. Bank statement in PDF Format (10 working days statement from the date of recharge)

                              e. Alternate contact number, in case we need to get in touch with you.

                              I have forwarded all the above sought details to Airtel mail on 9.03.2021 but I did not receive the response from the Airtel.

                              I have once again reminded Airtel through mail on 16.03.2021 but is regret to inform that, even after 10 days elapsed from my request, as promised by Airtel i didn't receive the amount Rs 598/- till today.

                              I request consumer Forum intervention to resolve the issue please.

                                We have been using Airtel service for the last 6 years.

                                We have made last payment on 17th December 2020 and cleared all old dues. On top of that, we have been given by your office a credit limit of INR 19, 300.

                                Surprisingly, for due amount of INR 5, 400, which is charged for the month of January 2021, why have you disconnected our landline when we have the credit limit and courtesy no one has the decency to call up our office and check before disconnecting. We also follow-up with your team for reconnect our line but not getting any updates from them due this we have not paid the bill for Jan & Feb.
                                Your tell me, How can we pay if line is already disconnected for these month.

                                This is our corporate office with 50 people working and without the landline, we are facing acute problem in connecting with outside world like customers etc. Also we are not receive the any information about our landline disconnect from customer support.

                                  Most of the time during talked with friends or famaily problems i m facing voice breaking issues call is aautomatically droped & disconnected. I was tried to logged my complaints many time on 198 & 121but unable to talk to ccustomer service officer.

                                      I am getting insufficient balance message whenever i tried to call anyone. Incoming call is working fine. I called customer service but did not get the resolution. They are asking me to wait until 24th March which is tooo long. I have 1498 rupees plan enabled on my mobile which have 365 days validity (plan valid till 11 Jan 2022.
                                      since my outgoing was not working after consulting with the customer care...
