[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel cheating the customers with wrong plan details | |||
Hello i am a vodafone user. And couple days back i got call from airtel two from agency saying they are offering unlimited calling and 1 gb 4g data for everyday After porting is about to finish when i ask for confirmation about the plan they saying that plan is over and they can't give me that plan This is a smart way of cheating that habituated by so called india's fastest network airtel They do not find find any alternatives to beat the competition with other networks Shame on you airtel Was this information helpful? | |||

If you have the call records (Audio) of those person / agency just put a case in consumer court. Consumer court surly give better solution with compensation. Also write a RTI letter to TRAI and copy to service provider (Airtel). They would impose some penalty against Airtel.
