1. We are apply a new airtel lease line connection dt 19/04/2016 in the name “hill height hotels pvt ltd “
2. We are attached document handover for process the lease line connection at desire location (Manali-h. P.)
3. We are issued a cheque of rs 31250/- vide ch no. 000231 dt 19/04/2016 and that will be debited in same from my account dt 09/05/2016
4. This cheque will issued as advance rent for 03 month @ 8750/- pm + rs 5000/- installation charges as per purchase order attached.
5. Your executive will assured me your connection will be install with the period 01/05/2016-30/06/2016.
6. But after the cheque will debited from my account executive will be call me your connection will be not install and purchase order will cancellation the same with the issue : rf-signal not available the same location instead we are also use the same with circuit id no. 5125688.
7. Please refund as debited amount as mentioned account detail : hill height hotels pvt ltd hdfc bank ltd a/c no. [protected] branch ashok vihar delhi-110052 ifsc code : hdfc0000287 our office address is (C-2/56, ashok vihar-2, delhi-110052) for send courier dd/pay order.
8. I think this as cheat to customer from executive side (Both of airtel team involved with mr saurabh) for “ buy” new connection and purchase order for achieve the sale target for the similar time if connection will install and not install executive target is complete after collect purchase order and cheque for connection proceed.
