I have been using airtel 3g prepaid from last 4yrs, now few days back ported to 4g postpaid sim with 499 plan. It is ridiculous to see that am not getting even 2g speed, seems like earlier prepaid one was atleast good.
Now am having 24gb left, not able to utilise the data with a horrible low speed.

i think this is some sort of fake platform..i got a call from Delhi for above issue saying to pay Rs.10 on https://www.kwikpaymentsolution.com/about > Make payment > Debit Card trying to explain me that it is related to Airtel 4G upgrade ...Some people are not fool over here to go just like that and pay the amount.

Note:
The above mentioned website contents the RBI logo and its content ...do not get trap in these fake info.

    I am using airtel unlimited 449 plan which is 1gb/day for 84 days. But i am getting average speed of 100 kbps. The worst speed. I have given 3 times complaint to airtel customer care but they didn't resolve yet. I dont know why it happening to me. My phone model is redmi 4a. Please resolve my problem as early as possible. Kindly consider my complaint.

      Dear sir,
      I got called from airtel that when i port my vodafone sim to airtel then they will give me 30 gp 4g data, unlimited call, 100 per day sms and 1 year my phone insurance but when i port my sim to airtel services then they where say that im not eligible for the insurance. But on yesterday i registered on airtel app i get the insurance but @99/month but they offered me free for one year. I complain to customer care and mailed to airtel email id
      (I. E. [protected]@in. Airtel.com) but there is no action taken by the company. And when i'm saying them that please again port my no to my old service provider they refuse my words firstly they cheat on me and then they where not doing as per my req.
      All the information given by airtel customer care and the airtel store member are totally wrong.

        I have stopped receiving any network in my airtel prepaid sim in the usa for last one month. It was working fine till then and was picking at&t signals. Now it says "cant connect to this network right now, please try again later". Please help, it is very urgent.

          Sir,
          My name is setu sharma and my mo. No. Is [protected]. This is the second time i am complaining to airtel regarding my data deduction.
          I have airtel 549 rs plan and from the night of 20th september around 11:15 pm to right now as i am typing this message which is 21st september 10:15 am they deducted around 1600 mb of data without any reason out of which 900 mb something was left from 20th september and remaning 700 mb something is from 21st september and infact even as i am writing this message they deduct 139 mb of data for no reason. Around all this time i am keep turning off and on my mobile data to make sure they are actually illegally deducting my data, every single time as i am turning off and on my data they deducted 20 mb to 50 mb data within seconds. This exact same thing happened to me last month and after having tons of worthless conversation with customer care i decided to port to jio after i send the port message i get a call from airtel and the lady convinced me that it ll not happen again, so i decide to stay to give it a shot. After that every thing work really fine till now. Now i am really fed up with this harassment and i am asking to refund my data and take action against this false harassment activity they are doing to me otherwise i am porting to jio within two days.

          I am setu sharma and my mo. No. Is [protected], this is my 2nd complain here because they didn't do anything about my first one. They still haven't solve my problem and till now they deducted around 3 gb of my data for no reason also as i am typing this message they deducted around 129 mb of data. Good job airtel, please keep harassing your customer.

            Airtel claims to have network coverage in bangalore but we never get network inside our home. Even if we go out to call a number we get network but i need to dial 20-30 times a number in order to just get connected,, if at all after so many trails it gets connected in middle connection drops.
            The worst part is their service which they provide, i raised a online complain regarding this i got a msg that j will be receiving a call after 2 hr instead of getting call j got a msg conveying that my issue got resolved and they closed the ticket. Who decided on behalf of me that issue was resolved i didn't get.

              I have created airtel money account and deposited 9000 in it for my emergency use. Now when i am need of my use its blocked by airtel without notifying any reason.                 Hi.in the name of special bundle offer airtel has promised that who buys a new mi a1 mobile will get additional 20gb every month for 10 consecutive recharged on rs 349. I bought new mi a1 & recharged for 349 but i did not get the additional benefits. E-mailed them regarding this but it doesn't seem like they are working to fix it. Everyday they are calling me and telling it has been escalated to the concert department but nothing happens. It is more than 6 days now.

                  Not able to receive any calls([protected]). Outgoing call facility is working but no incoming calls. I have complained 4 times already. I asked the airtel exicutive he told that service is chargeble with rs 50, airtel store is in sarai khwaja near govt school faridabad kindly suggest me why linking charges are being taken from costumers i recieve this massage after payment you have paid rs.50.0 to merchant no [protected] using airtel money..                         My airtel money account is shown blocked. The number i've registered is [protected].
                        Whenever i try to pay through my airel money account it says my account is blocked n that i need to contact​ customer care. What is the issue? Do i need to upload e kyc? I cant even return the money to my bank account. I dont want airtel money. I'm fed up. Refund my money to my bank account.

                            My airtel number [protected] having a prepaid recharge of rs. 349 on 9th september with facilities o[censored]nlimited local and std calls and 1gb 3g/4g data with 28 days validity upto 7th october 2017. However, the facility of local or std calls are not working while i landed in kolkata. All outgoing calls gets disconnected in a second even before ringtone is being heard.
                            This is really disturbing as i used to make number of calls everyday owing to my business and just after landing in the airport, i am unable to ring and contact anybody, i find myself in a helpless situation. Does this mean that airtel is an unreliable service provider. As nowhere it was indicated that roaming to a different city in included or not included in the plan.
                            Moreover, when i dialled 121 or 198, it was mere fun and mockery since it only asks to dial all numbers in the number pad except helping me to talk to any responsible guy and tends to promote different sales plan without addressing the problem.
                            I don't know if this complain really brings sense to the business leaders of airtell to think how really they can help customer instead of showing colourful advertisements.

                              I recharged my mobile number [protected] with pack of 795 on 18.09.19 at 09.12 am by paytm (Paytm order no. [protected]) but this was not confirmed. So i tried the same pack again and this time the pack was recharged and i got confirmation message (Paytm order no. [protected] and operator ref. No.[protected] but later i received another confirmation with operator reference no. 46558520 that the recharge has been done. This way my recharge was done twice and amount deducted twice. Please make arrangements for either refund or extend validity of recharge. Thank you.

                              This site is a big fraud. Just after writing this complain I received one phone call that this issue has been resolved and the money will be refunded to my account. Then that person asked for my debit card number and just few second later he asked for OTP. This OTP received was for some e-commerce transection. This moment I realized the going to be fraud and when I asked why he need OTP for refund transection then he disconnected the call. So be aware and avoid this site.

                                  My airtel bill dated 6.9.17 for the period 5.8.17 to 4.9.17 was wrongly printed. I was charged rs. 357.72 extra in the bill for data usage. The bill was rs. 969.08. After speaking to customer care he said you can pay rs. 550 instead of 969 but no revised bill will be given. When i asked why, he said no system will not generate revised bill. I have attached the bill. Please refer the circled amount.

                                    My self pranjal vinodrai patel connected to airtel from july 2017 so company has promise me for better 3g/4g network connection, 15 days after joining this new airtel connection since today i am complaining for poor network and i feet it is a 2g connection so at this stage of speed customer become a mad if work on 2g. And i have repeatedly complaining for this but no solution is given by company and all of sudden on 19th september 2017 they have stopped my outgoing when i enquired about this they force me to pay ur bill amounting 1120 rupees then and then wil start ur outgoing

                                    I am ready to pay this amount and against that i want as certain 3g connectivity permanently (In upper paragraph i have repeatedly complain for this) but customer care officer not ready to take such responsibility as well as he has not transfer to his senior officer for this matter.

                                    Please do needful. My demand is that they provide me better 3g connection i am ready to pay bill and start my outgoing connection as soon as possible and other alternate is give me immediate portability to other company because i am small entrepreneur started my business before 1 year and mobile is my basic need so justify me.

                                      Once you add a child number to family plan, the internet usage stops for the child. Escalated many times, but you always need 72hours more to resolve the issue and it goes on. So finally you need to remove the child.
                                      I demand the refund of the 399 amount that was deducted while addition of the child. Also the advertisement should stop, if you can not provide proper service.

                                        Just to mention the issue again. We have taken 4g plan, but do not have a 4g sim (Airtel). When asked for the 4g sim in gudivada in 2 airtel centers, the folks asked for money. They always say it will take a month to get free sims. Please let us know if the free 4g sim's will not be given. We can just move to jio. Also the present 4g plan is going waste. Its just waste of money
