On sept 18th i had deposited cash of 4300 in my airtel account [protected]
Airtel payment bank has debit freezed my account in the name of suspicious transaction. When i called customer care 1st they asked me to send my aadhar card and bank statement to the email [protected]@airtel money.com
I sent it immediately on 16th of september. After that they asked me to wait for 48hrs to activate it again when i called they said the bank statement was password protected and asked me to send the document again with password on 17th september i did that too
On 18th september when i called they said in application the last name was mentioned as "p" but in my id proof there was no last name i explained them as last name is manditory in application i mentioned my initial as last name. Rhey asked to send additional document to prove that my initial is p. I did that too
After that when i called they asked me to verify my account using biometric verification in airtel store i did that too. After that i called on 20th sept they asked me to send proof that i verified in airtel store i sent a screen shot of my aadhar card verification email.
From yesterday they are purposefully avoiding my call by connectinf with hindi telecaller. Since it had been a week time till now the account is not activated. Kindly question airtel payment bank and resolve my issue. I had recorded all the calls which i made with customer care of airtel payment bank.

Incoming calls and outgoing call sms
I have been chasing Airtel since last one month on thr problem of slow internet speed. They claim a speed of 24 MBPS, however as a user speed available is 200KBPS.

There has be no resolution provided to me till dat even after my continous follow ups.
Their customer service orientation is "0".

I am using Airtel Provider for using mobile phone. But on[protected] from my airtel account Rs. 35 is deducted without my concern for activation charge of VIDEOTALKIES which is illegal. Why you are doing this type activity ? so, return my deducted amount quickly otherwise ...

Plz teach yr staffs firstly sme respect how to talk to welcome yr customers like us if v are valuable as u keep announcing.. And descently talk to customers... Its so annoying...       I had recharged 31/10/2016 at 3040RS.
      For 1year but after 1o months they dissconect cabel costemer care is not give clarity.
      After calling they are saying after recharge cable call me(costumer care).then activate ur cable. This type response are given by supervisor

        I purchased a broadbband connection on sep 21, 2017 (Sim number [protected]) from airtel store at arenja corner, sector 17, vashi, navi mumbai. I submitted photocopy of my passport and pan card and showed original for verification. I was told that there will be a surprise verification at my residence. At 9.15 am today (Sep 22, 2017), a man came to my flat. He said he was from airtel and asked for my id proof. His general tone was very rude. I gave him my passport and he immediately took photos of it on his personal phone. I was surprised and asked him for his id proof. He showed me his airtel id. When i started to take photo of his id from my phone, he became very rude and told me this is not allowed and his will cancel/disconnect my account. He then said he will put my account on hold and said he would delete my passport photos from his phone. He pressed some buttons on his phone showing me he was doing so, but i was not sure what he did. As i was still speaking to him, he rushed off. Firstly, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Secondly, taking photos of a government-issued id on a personal phone is not proper procedure and airtel should not do this. When i have already submitted all documents in person, what is the need for such a protocol. Thirdly, if they can take photos of my id on their personal phone, why can't i take a photo of their id on my personal phone. Horrible experience.

        I took my complaint to the Airtel office (Arenja Corner, Sector 17, Vashi) on Sep 22, 2017. I explained to the staff in detail that the verification officer had threatened to cancel my connection. When they checked, he had indeed not approved the connection. They had to override his hold to approve my connection. It is unacceptable that in spite of me being present at my address with my ID proof (which is all an address verification is), he did not approve the connection. The Airtel staff told me that verification is done by a third party and they do not control it. Upon request and 2 visits to their office, they found out that the verification officer's name is Nilesh Chauhan. This was provided to me by Pawan, an Airtel employee at the office. My complaint is based on the following; 1) Customers cannot be harassed and threatened rudely like this. 2) Connections cannot be put on hold or canceled arbitrarily 3) If a customer's ID is being photographed, the verification officer should also be willing to submit to his ID getting photographed.

          I am working with airtel pvt ltd under subham enterprise agencies since 21.07.2017 as collection executive in kukdeshwer. This is airtel collection center he processing also, where we dont have hr department who can solve our salary issues.
          We are not getting salary sep and three month incentive pending.
          We had already facing late salary problem. This company release salary after ten day of salary date but he receive the payment from airtel right time and get lot of incentives but he not release correctly. He giving wrong attendance airtel and claim the amount. We had stop working after sep 2017. But till date we have not submitting our resignation, now company is not paying our dues. Regarding same we talk to our owner of the agencies but he is not responding. Tell me how could i get my salary? Company straight away told us you will not get salary, im middle class family how can i run my family. And irresponsible word using team leader mr. Nithya ([protected]) if i ask salary to mr. Rahul sir tm in neemuch area he said i will kill u, lot of incident in that agencies so many people releve that company reason management fraud, i dont know wer i ask so that only i give complaint, please do needful

              Hi sir,

              I am running an optical shop (Optimax optics) and had 5 airtel post paid connections for the shop. As i planned to move to a new region, i requested to cancel my connection in airtel customer care center (Ashramam center, kollam) last month, they told me that they will cancel the connections but it was not canceled and i received the bill this month also. I am ready to pay this month's bills and i kindly request you to cancel my airtel postpaid connections immediately.

              Please help me out in this regards. It has been very frustrating for me to go over this.

              Consider this as my authorization to cancel my connection and please cancel all my connections immediately and deactivate my sim card.

                  Since past 5 days i am not recieving any incoming calls. I had lost my phone few days back and had blocked my number after theft of phone, then when i unblocked my number and inserted the new sim of the same number to new phone, the outgoing calls are working but i am not recieving incoming calls despite calling the airtel customer care several times. Everytime i called they would say we are working on it and it will be resolved by an hour.
                  Whenever i try calling my phone it comes as the airtel has bared ur number despite of calling the airtel customer care several times to unblock my number. This is causing me a lot of inconvineance. Please look into this and solve my problem soon as possible.

                    Consequent to an sms received from airtel to upgrade to 4g before 2 aug'17 else old sim would be deactivated, i got three of my sims changed on 21/9/17.

                    However, while doing online transaction, the otp being sent by my banks is not being received. As a result my commercial interests have been severly hampered.

                    Customer care has not been of any help.

                      I recharged my airtel number with 4g sim on 11th august, 2017. At the time when i recharged my airtel number with rs.399 pack, airtel app showed it will give 1gb/day along with unlimited std, local calling to any number for 84 days! But sadly after 40 days o[censored]sing this pack, my unlimited calling stopped and now it tells my balance is 0 and i cannot make calls to any number. This a big fraud and cheating by airtel india and when i tried to call airtel customer care they have freaking automated system asking you to dial thus and that number but never help you or let you talk to a real person an airtel customer care representative. I've been using airtel for almost 7 years and now seriously thinking to switch my number to jio or vodafone and will encourage all my friends never to go for airtel as they cheat their customers and their customer care has crappy service. Shame on airtel.

                        The company is neither processing my complaint and nor giving me satisfactory answer after complaining them again and again.

                          Airtel services is very poor and greedy...!!!
                          India vs australia one day series not broadcast on dd national channel yet all dth provider are broadcast matches on dd national channel. Very disappointing behaviour from airtel dth services.! The videocon dth service provider broadcast india vs australia matches on dd national channel..!! Kindly resolve this issues as soon as possible..!!

                          I recharged my [protected] with 70days 1GB data per day plan. It was not working at all in my office no proper signal or data. I raised 2 complaints with no response from Airtel and now the data is not even working in my house too. Airtel has become very pathetic nowadays. I m seriously not satisfied with the services.
                          Internet connection is very bad. It toggles every 5 to 10 seconds. Inspire of repeated complaints to Airtel nothing done.
                          Truly disappointed.

                          Why are Telecon companies not guaranteeing minimum connectivity and minimum speed .

                          Common man's are cheated in almost all possible ways.

                            I was messaged repeatedly with an offer of 1gb/day and local/national calls free for a period of 84 days for rs.399. I believed and recharged. The notification sms that comes on recharge said some other plan (2gb /day for 28 days). I immediately called customer care and was told that i can ignore the message and the plan validity is for 84 days only. I believed and told my wife also to recharge with same amount. To my shock, on 28th day after recharge, calls and internet were charged. When i called customer care again, i was told that the plan validity is for 28 days and inconvenience is regretted. I wrote to the appellate authority and nodal officer who called me back saying that nothing can be done and my frustration is understood and regretted. How can they cheat customers like this? They didn't even realise that the mistake is on their side. This is so ridiculous.

                              Being the largest network in the country has become shameless and pathetic.

                              They randomly cut my balance for services which i did not even opt for.

                              I do not use this number in a smartphone, yet deliberately this stupid company turns on services which i have not even opted for. This happens every 2 weeks and i need this number to make important phone calls

                              First gamepind in august, then dindoclub last friday and then tinytv & funstore1 and now minplex

                              Is there no justice in the indian system anymore?

                              Why do i've to launch a complaint just to get their attention so that they can stop such services. I've tried talking to them on facebook, but my feedback falls on deaf ears and the result is still the same.

                                  We have changed our pre paid sim to post paid family sim. Out of the two sims, one sim has not been activated for last 72 hrs. Even though retail shop at lajpat nagar, from where we got the sim has been repeatedly promising that it will take one-to-two hours, however, every time we approach them on inaction, they sweetly change the goalpost and tell us, sir, please wait for one or two hours more. This game is on for last three days, and yet they are unable to activate the sim. Extremely pathetic state of affairs. The poor response of technical team can best be termed as shameful, disgusting, and atrocious. What about the escalation matrix of mnc, who keep claiming that any problem will be resolved in a timebound manner. Someone should wake up and do something.

                                    3 months age i got in touch with airrel care regarding my tarrif plan, they provided me 3 months local+std @ 25 paisa/minute for 3 months free of cost and also told to do a recharge of rs. 6/- after 3 months to renew this offer for another 3 months. I am not being able to do this recharge as airtel app is rejecting the recharge of rs. 6/-, what should i do?

                                      I couldn't able to watch dd national channel during ind vs aus match today i. E.21th sep. Which was a free channel after the match finised i could able watch the same channel... This type of business tactic will forcing us to subscribe startsport which is chargeable rs 60... Please make not repeat such kind of cheap tricks... Information is showing on screen is that its a supreme court order... They why you are charging for dd national channel...

                                        Dear sir, i wish to bring your notice that there is a airtel broadband junctionbox in front of my house. The junction box was installed without my knowledge. Now the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience to me. The public are using the junction box as garbage dump yard and the dogs are using dirtying the place. I cannot park my four wheeler infront of house. It is requested to remove or shift the airtel broadband junction box at the earliest. Thanking you.
