Airtel is just pathetic, its absolute , a customer care executive is the face of the company, they represent the company and as per the training they should be patient and polite to the customers, I actually Pity Airtel that they have hired such ridiculous people in their company.its a absolute shame. i agree there was a delay in paying bill due to some sad demise in home. but your executive was so inhuman and cruel. I am warning you to write a apology and give, i know consumer rites and according to that i can file a case against your executive who had been continuously abusing my mother and father also my sister in law. Airtel was anyways not very satisfactory in its services and with such gesture you have shown the class of your company.
