[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Digital not working since 10 days | |||||
Airtel team - while the company boost about its quality and service - the company does not have the courtesy to call back customer upon cancellation request. Customer id - [protected]-001 for last 3 days all ii am getting on my lcd is nds hybrid loader. New software is being downloaded. Do not switch off your set top box. Downloading software... Stb waits signals. 0% completed attaching a snap shot for your reference finally post waiting for 2 day - call airtel services and requested a cancellation - ref 51597272 as on 11 may 2015 yet again 12 may gone by and no call back from airtel to even ask whats the concern or is there something we can rectify yet again on 3rd day the same error appears. Finally call customer service again at 8:15 and spoke to guy called raj. Who gave a very generic response - " sir koi bat nahi 14 may tak apke pass call ajayega - agar apko disconnect kurna ho to kur do " amazing - i believe the company needs only to review its thoughts about expansion and addition of more to customer base but also about retaining customer who have been with airtel for good 5 years plus and also think about hiring better executive who can understand the customer and give solutions and assurance instead of giving answers which reflects that with the size of company it hardly makes a difference for exiting customers to them the answer from raj to be converted into days is 3 days of suffering already gone through till 12 + 2 more days just to wait for callback from retention team means 5 days of total suffering.
