[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Digital TV account suspended even after recharge within the time period | |||
Dear Sir, I am a consumer of Airtel Digital TV (Customer ID: [protected]) for several years and using yearly pack for recharge. This time two days before expiring the package, I have again recharge with the annual 10m+2m Value prime pack. Which suppose to be activated before expiring my pack. However, I received a message that my package is not been activated and there will be daily charges apply to my customer ID. After informing the same to airtel customer care, they said that they resolved the issue and activated my package. But in the meantime they have deducted charges on a daily basis and suspended my account on temporary basis due to low balance. And only way to remove temporary suspension is to again recharge my account even through One year premium value pack is activated. The whole balance deduction happened due to airtel technical fault but as a customer I have to recharge to get back to my service. And no information about minimum balance for annual package was given during the recharge process.
