Airtel — Airtel dish tv, cheating by supplying wrong product

On 31st January 2016 registered a complaint on airtel customer. Airtel Engineer(AE01) visited on 1st February 2016 and said set up box adapter to be replaced. Next day(2nd February 2016) Airtel Engineer(AE02, new person) bought a new adapter and replaced old adapter at the cost of Rs. 250 for adapter and visit service charge Rs. 150(complaint ref. No.[protected]. Again after two days problem started. Registered complaint on 13th February 2016 (complaint ref. No.[protected]. This time Airtel Engineer(AE01) visited and found that new adapter supplied on 2nd February 2016 has ampere rating of only 1.5 Ampere(plz see image 300.jpg).

Original supplied adapter during installation is 2Amp rating(plz see image 200.jpg) and in set up box also it is clearly mentioned 2 Ampere(plz see image 100.jpg).

Now M/s. Airtel is not ready to replace the faulty and wrong product supplied. Instead they are insisting to buy new adapter.

I have been following M/s. Airtel customer care last one month, every time they insist to buy new one and also say that they will call back for the solution. Never they called me in the last one month. Very poor customer service support.

Till date no solution provided by Airtel.
Aitel after sales customer care service is very very poor.

Rarel you will be able to get connected through contact number customer care contact number.
on 5th June fresh complaint(Ref. no.[protected] is registered on Airtel customercare. Immediately next day 6th June Engineer visited.
First comment after seeing problem was mic in dish is faulty and it should be replaced. When I explained history and asked for thorough check_ his observation and comments are;

1) Setup box is faulty by using 1.5 Adapter. Airtel is no more supplying ordinary set up box, so HD setup box must be purchased.
2) Adapter of 2.0A to be used.

Based on his suggestion new adapter(Rs.250 cost) and new HD setup box(Rs 350 cost) is installed. Attached bills for same. Engineer took back old set up box. Now TV is working.

Now Airtel has changed my earlier plan to HD plan without taking confirmation from me. On 7th customer care was contacted. Customer care executive told, it is complusary to use one month HD plan with new HD setup box. Next month it can be changed to my earlier plan. Customer care executive also told that Airtel is able to supply normal/ ordinary setup box. Surprise news for me!

Who cheated us DK enterprises-Airtel distributer OR Airtel?

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen of India,
My request is not to buy Airtel dish TV. Service is very poor. Airtel Engineer do not know to find cause of the problem. They will simply suggest to replace electronic items, if it works you are lucky else your pocket will empty.
