Airtel — airtel dth connection disconnected without my consent | |||
Hi, I called airtel customer care to fix the dth issue (Signal error) in my entire society today. To which the executive responded that i will have to pay 150 rs service charge for fixing it. I told repeatedly that the problem is prevailing for my entire society however he didn't even listen to it and repeatedly told me that the problem will only be fixed if i will pay the charge. Why should i be paying it everytime as this problem occurs every 4-5 days. Airtel has made it a practice to generate money for them from these frequent complaints. They don't fix these issues permanently. In the rage of the call he took my disconnection request and disconnected the call. I was given no reference number of the disconnection on sms. When i called back again they told me the package can't be fixed as it is already broken. Hopeless and pathetic service attitude.
