Airtel — airtel dth is not activating new al carta pack as per trai regulation

Dear sir/madam,

This complaint is for not activating the requested al carta plan for the customer id [protected],

On 31-jan-2019, i had prescribed an al carta pack from the airtel self care website, as per the guidance provided by the airtel customer care, with the reference id 240478, and this plan is about to activate on 1-feb-2019, as per the airtel and trai regulations,

However on 1-feb-2019 the requested new plan was not activated, and for the same same reason i had communicated to airtel customer care and they told me to wait for 24 hours,

On 2-feb-2019, as my requested new plan still not got activated i had once again called to airtel customer care and they told me to submit the plan change request through tv hence i had submitted once again the individually selected al catra plan through tv mode,

On 3-feb-2019, i was wondering because yet my new requested plan was not activated, and again i had called to the airtel dth customer care no, and again they had assured me that within 24 hours my plan is going to activate, on the same day i requested airtel team to at least register my complaint and provide me the complaint no for which they had replied saying that they do not have complaint registering system,

As of 4-feb-2019, my requested plan has not been activated yet, and hence i had registered my complaint with consumer forum with the reference id 1137297,

May i request you to provide the reason for not activating newly requested plan, with the timelines provided by the telecom regulatory authority of india (Trai) and when i will be getting the resolution for my complaint,

A LA CARTE choice delibrately disabled by Airtel thus forcing customer to choose airtel prescribed Boquet only. So what is the use of new TRAI rules if one cannot choose channels ????????. Request TRAI to take Immediate action !.
Dear Airtel Nodal Team,

Yesterday evening I had call from airtel customer representative regarding the complaint I had risen for not activating the al carte pack which I had selected on the airtel dth website with 485 rs monthly rental charges including GST on 31-jan-2019, with the reference code 240478. However, till yesterday airtel had not activated the above mentioned plan,

Now today morning when I was looking my Airtel dth account I got scared by knowing that the new plan was activated and it was showing me Rs. 2261.73 /monthly,

It shows transaction of 278 rs recharge with 06-feb-2019 date and which is about to expire on 08-Feb-2019 and 203 rs balance in my account as if today,

Whenever I call to the customer care for asking the below mentioned information I am not getting satisfied information from your team,

1.The details of my remaining balance for the period of 01-feb-2019 to 11-mar-2019,

They are just telling me that we are unable to tell that information due to technical issue,

2. As I am getting the huge difference in my selected plan and the activated plan I had asked them to provide me the list of channels that I had selected on 31-jan-2019 in the al carte pack,

They are telling that we don’t have the information due to technical issue,

3. As I had updated my al carte pack on 31-jan-2019, my pack was about to start from 01-feb-2019, however it was not activated due to airtel technical issue so why I should pay for the period from 01-feb-2019 to till date,

They are telling that as you have watched the TV in the above mentioned period we will be deducting the prorate amount from your balance for the period,

Today also initially your team was not registering my complaint for the above mentioned issue, however after repeatedly forcing them they have given me the complaint reference number as 85738704,

As your team is facing all the time technical issues may I request you to provide the above information at the earliest to resolve this issue,
