Airtel — Airtel dth no signal since a month

My dth has no signal issue since more than a month I made several complaints regarding no signal issues in my airtel dth .
made one last month its status has been updated as resolved while no one came to visit to fix the issue i have made complaints again no one came to visit i have made atleast 15 complaints to resolve it everytime it gets marked as resolved while no one comes or i get call to reschedule it on purpose. And asked for otp to reschedule when i asked for technician to visit they cancelled the call .
