Very Bad services by Airtel.The worst services in the world. Every month there is wifi signal problem .The digital dish tv channels remains down during cloudy condition, Sometimes on sunny day too. More than 5 complaints raised in last 5 months since I started using it and more than 50 times I have called customer care. I never suggest anyone to use Airtel xstream black box....

I have converted my number to e-sim on 15th Oct evening and post that I was not able to receive incoming calls. When I contacted customer care, they mentioned that there was some problem going on with e-sim for 1 week and that is why we were unable to receive incoming call. I have waited for 2 days and issue is not resolved for me. So I have decided to convert this number again to physical sim, still i’m getting issue.
An incorrect bill is generated for 7th Sept - 7th Oct. When I contact Airtel they said they cannot revise an incorrect bill. My total bill for both the SIMs should be Rs 599 + GST = Rs 706. I also had a credit of Rs 167, so my bill should be Rs 540 something. But I have got an incorrect bill of Rs 797 and I am being asked to pay.
I would like to have the correct bill, and also move to prepaid plan as I do not have any faith in postpaid...
