As basic the operator allowed the port request after my dues were clear and it took 4 days. Everything was fine my number was ported and now they want me to pay my bill cycle in both the telecom company for the porting month.

My issue is regarding the Login of the Email Address, "[protected]@airtelmail.in", that used to be actively logged in through the website, airtelmail.in, but due to its closure, I have no access to the email ID. This email ID's password and credentials are needed by me as many emails regarding work are still being sent to this particular Email Address and I need to view it.

One of my 4g sim stopped working suddenly, when I reached airtel store they told that it is an electronic thing and can stop anytime. I submitted whatever documents were required to reissue a new sim. They took 50 rupee and on top of that forcefully converted my prepaid sim to postpaid saying that is the only option available.

2023 April i brought Airtel black plan with broadband and DTH.
Today may 1st just one year completed and the dth set of box make a problem .
I make a complaint I got a technician visit and the person said that it's a software issue. It is the device and they are giving a replacement. Yas me to pay 600 rupees since my box one year warranty period has been expired. I don't understand how come this happen exactly on the next month...

I have a Airtel Prepaid Number, Currently my recharge validity is expiring in couple of days. Additionally, i have account topup balance of 291 Rs. Earlier there used to be an option to reacharge with top-up blance. My name is Krupa pavani. I'm using Airtel number for more than 10 years. Im in Qatar now and I face repeated main balance deduction without reason.
