On April 3 2025 my DTH plan was expired, today on April 4 2025 I've did a month recharge of ₹303 it showed 1 month validity before recharge, after recharge it's showing valid till 17 April
But today is April 4 and 17 April is still 13 days ahead is this a DTH scam airtel?

    I got a message that your previous sim will not work at summer certain time and change the sim at that point . I was like okay and did that but even after changing the sim it is sharing no network . I am in a situation where I need to make calls at any cost but not i am not able to make any . Very bad and disappointed with Airtel.

      Humne 4 months back airtel wifi and xstream black liya tha website se toh tab jo operatot se hum puche the ki kaise kare recharge aur kitna paisa toh unnhone tab kaha ki u have to pay 750 per month for both wifi and dth toh humne ok kara . toh before entering into 4th month hamein msg aare the ki u have to pay 1248 toh that is also toh humne operator se share kara problem woh koi respond nhi kare.then 4th month mein recharge hogaya and airtel thanks mein recharge karne khola toh it was showing 2799 rupees . if we won't pay within 6 days it will be more doubled it was showing. as hamein tab net ki zarorat thi toh humne pay kara .but abhi har dafa aise ho raha hai. hum operator ko call msg karr rahe hai but they are not respondin

        Airtel wi-fi / installation delay and disappointed customer support

        ID[protected], Requested for installation on 22nd march 2025 and received the confirmation SMS received as well for installation on 22nd march 2025, But till date the installation is not completed till date nor received the call from any of the team members.
        No proper customer escalation matrix, No proper response from customer care support line.
        It's a routine message being generated by Airtel again and again, instead...

        I am absolutely fed up with your incompetent service and your refusal to address my issue. I’ve been facing SMS delivery delays of 5-10 minutes on my number ([protected]) for days, making it impossible to complete any transactions or verifications. This is a complete failure of the basic service I’m paying for, and I’m sick of it!

        I’ve already emailed you multiple times from my registered email ([protected]@gmail.com), but you keep replying with nonsense, claiming it’s not my registered ID—when it clearly is! I’ve tried troubleshooting on my end—resetting my phone, clearing cache, freeing up memory—nothing works. Your customer care line is a joke, the automated system blocks me from registering a complaint, and the online chat is useless. Now I’m forced to post here because you’ve left me no choice!

        Fix this SMS delay issue immediately—within the next 24 hours—or I’m porting my number to a better network. I’m also escalating this to TRAI for your negligence and failure to resolve customer issues. Stop ignoring me, stop making excuses, and do your job! I’m done with your pathetic service!

          I had recharged my Airtel digital TV through Net Banking for Rs.300/- on 24/03/2025. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my Airtel digital TV account was not recharged. I got the receipt as well as Payment failed message after the recharge. The amount has been debited from my bank account but has not been returned to account in spite of recharge failure.in spite of repeated customer care calls, I have not been connected to any customer care executive to explain the problem.

              Hi I have ported from JIO to AIRTEL on December 2024. After one month my sim got deactivated by airtel stating that some amount is pending with previous JIO provider. After checking 75 RS is pending which i have paid and submitted the same to airtel store and they have requested for reactivation. But still i havent received any signal on my number and they are just making me run. No one from airtel is taking the respoonsibility to fix the issue, Aitel store keep saying its backend issue and backend team is telling to go to store. I am totally stuked and my number is eberywhere on my dosument and banks.

                1. Breach of Identity:
                • On the Airtel Thanks app, instead of my mother’s registered details, the information of an unknown individual is reflecting.
                • This is a serious data privacy and identity breach.
                • The issue is not changeable from my end and despite multiple complaints to Airtel, no resolution has been provided.
                • I have followed up over 10 times in the last one month, but Airtel has only responded with generic emails stating that someone will get back to me—yet no action has been taken.
                2. Pending Refund of ₹1000 (Since 8th February):
                • Refund for the Airtel Mesh Device is still pending.
                • Despite multiple assurances, no refund has been processed.

                    My name is sarojani bisht and I am using my this phone number from last 7-10 years and in year 2021 I port the sim to airtel on a retail store in lohaghat, Champawat with my own aadhar card but on 22 February I received a SMS that I need to submit the KYC in order to get my Re - verification done but when I tried to submit my aadar card for that my request was rejected so I researched about it and got to know that my number is registered on someone 'Har Govind Singh' whom I never met from last 1 week I am trying to get this phone number back but I can't, I need this number back as it is used in all of my documents and is used from more than 3 years.

                      Suspended my sim without any prior info

                      I use an airtel prepaid sim. My sim got suspended out of nowhere. When I called their customer care, they said ref verification of my number is required that is EKYCI followed their steps and I was told that my services will be activated in two hours, but Dad did not happen again, call them, and they said now the services will be restored in 24 hours. after four hours.                       In the Airtel Thanks app, there's an upgrade option to switch from prepaid to postpaid. I clicked the link to check postpaid plans, but instead of showing any plan details, a plan was activated without my consent, and I was informed that it would be a monthly plan of 449. I contacted the Airtel team to cancel the request, as no amount or details about the plan were shown to me beforehand. They canceled the plan, but the prepaid validity, which was supposed to last until December 2025, has now been deactivated. To continue using the service, I am required to do a fresh recharge. This feels like a scam from Airtel. How can they activate a postpaid plan without displaying the plan details? Currently, I am unable to use my card for calls, even though I recharged for 365 days

                        I expect immediate action on this complaint. If Airtel fails to respond or resolve my issue within 24 hours, I will be left with no choice but to file a legal grievance against Airtel for service deficiency.

                            I was offered a bundled plan by an Airtel agent, which included Airtel Fiber WiFi, DTH TV, and multiple OTT subscriptions under a single package. Trusting the offer, I agreed and made the payment immediately.

                            The next day, an engineer arrived and installed only the WiFi, stating that the DTH dish antenna would be installed the following day. However, it has now been almost 15 days, and despite multiple follow-ups with the Airtel store and their TSM, I have received nothing but false assurances. The DTH installation remains pending.

                            Is this how Airtel treats its customers—by making false promises and failing to deliver after taking their money?

                              I had taken a wifi connection in March 2022. Now after two years, I have shifted and wanted to drop my wifi connection. I have called Airtel multiple times, but they have not canceled my connection and keep on sending me bills. Their recovery agents are very rude to us and despite numerous requests, they have recovered money from me by threatening me. I paid the bill of 1767, and they had committed to square up my connection, but the bills are still being generated and wifi has not been stopped. I have left my place in Mumbai and have shifted. Airtel recovery agents are goons who keep on threatening us. I need compensation for mental harassment.
