I've done recharge on 11th October on my phone no through Airtel Thanks app
I recieved the msg that "payment of 399 is done Order Id 6721************** you will receive order confirmation within 4 hrs"
Since then I haven't receive any message regarding confirmation also my Money from debit card deducted without crediting recharge
I want my money back or recharge my data pack

    Hi,

    on 12th October 2020 i have recharged Rs.598 plan to my new (MNP) airtel SIM via debit card.
    the amount got deducted from my account. but plan didnt get recharge.
    Please look and help to resolve the same query.

                  Hi,

                  Recently Airtel has put one pole right infront of my site.

                  I am planning to construct my house now and this pole, will obstruct both construction and drive way to my house.

                  Ideally such poles should be in right in between 2 houses, so that it does not obstruct anyone. Since my site is empty, you cannot put it there and trouble common people.

                  Please get it moved asap.

                    Yesterday I had recharged my mom's airtel number with my airtel thanks account. The recharge was unsuccessful and it was written that ' if your amount is debited, the recharge will be done or you'll get refunded within 5-10 mins. ' now when I am checking the transaction history, it's not showing any such transaction. And this makes me more frustrated!!
