[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel dth recharge issue

Dear sir/ma'am,
Subject: recharge issue.
This is mohd. Danish, my id number is - [protected].
I received sms from airtel regarding recharge offer on 27th december 2016 that offer was recharge with rs.1660/- and get 12th month's validity. That offer was valid till 31st december 2016. After receive the sms i talked to airtel customer care and asked about this offer, they replied that you should recharge with same amount and get 1 year validity, i called again before recharge on 31st december 2016. To customer care about this offer and again listen same reply than i recharged my pack with same amount of rs.1660/- on 31st december 2016. After recharge i checked validity of my recharge than there was shown validity till june 2017. Than i called to customer care about this issue and they replied me that you should wait for 48 hours to activate the package. After completion 48 hours i called again to customer care and submit my complaint about this issue. (Complaint no.[protected] they replied me that we have registered your complaint about this issue and your issue will solve within 24 hours and our backend team will contact you.
But today i received call from backend team they spoke that you are not eligible to get this offer because this offer only for that customer whose account suspended. I spoke that i already asked before recharge and received sms about this offer but they replied that sorry we can't provide you this offer.
I need help from forum, please solve my issue.
I hope you will give me a good response.

Hi Sir/Ma'ma,

Subject: Package benefit provided wrongly and additional package activated without info.

I have recharged for RS 1006 on 2nd Oct 2017 for South Max Kannada Package for the period of 6 month after proper enquire about the packages with customer care support but now on 20th December its showing recharge window. I have enquired about the issue but they were saying that additional HD 180 channel package was activated and this additional package has been activated without our knowledge. I have spoke with customer care and every time customer support team say we will connect the call with supervisor for the further discussion but the call not got connected not even single time. Airtel DTH Customer care is really worst, not responding properly. Here i am requesting for the recharge for remaining months and I spoke to customer care supportive, no one helped me and not showed interest to raise a complaint. I need help from forum.
please solve my issue.
