[protected]@airtel.com, [protected]@axistrustee.com Dear sir I am regretted to say that airtel is making money during covid period by imposing hidden cost and forcing consumers to watch Useless vas channel. Dth users are not being allowed to chose or deactivate channels as per trai guidelines. From last one month I have been trying to remove channels. You people are activating channels on single message but donot even have any mechanism to allow Deactivate them by customers as per his choice. Airtel thanks app is not telecom service app it is basically a bank app and you are forcing loyal customer customer have bank account with This bank to pay your forged bills.
