Airtel — airtel e-sim cancellation

I am requesting to cancel my Airtel E-Sim Number: [protected] respectively. I have already raised the cancelation request through their airtel mail id - [protected]@airtel.com twice but it wasn’t cancelled, or any further action or remedy was not taken.
Airtel Black cancellation request was given at first through their airtel official mail id, then I received a call from their side along with the airtel black cancellation I requested for the E-Sim Cancellation also. They insisted to pay the outstanding E-Sim payment since it was post-paid and then they would deactivate it, therefore after agreeing to their terms I made the outstanding payment on 25th January 2025 of rupees 765.82 and asked them to close it. But still, they didn’t cancel / deactivate it. So, I send a re-request to their mail id on February 8th, 2025, to cancel but they didn’t respond to it. Again, I sent another re-request for cancellation on March 15th, 2025. Still no response from their side and they didn’t cancel it either. Now I am getting non-stop call from them to make the 2 months outstanding payment when I asked for cancelling the E-Sim for the past two months. Kindly check on this issue as soon as possible and deactivate the e-sim.

I received a call on[protected] again so I spoke with that person Abinaya phone number [protected]. She asked to pay January month outstanding and she will definitely cancel the e sim i agreed to her terms and made the payment on[protected] itself. After that again instead of cancelling the e -sim I started receiving calls from airtel nonstop asking me to pay again.

I am very disappointed and frustrated with airtel worst service.
Kindly resolve this issue.
