One of my 4g sim stopped working suddenly, when I reached airtel store they told that it is an electronic thing and can stop anytime. I submitted whatever documents were required to reissue a new sim. They took 50 rupee and on top of that forcefully converted my prepaid sim to postpaid saying that is the only option available.

2023 April i brought Airtel black plan with broadband and DTH.
Today may 1st just one year completed and the dth set of box make a problem .
I make a complaint I got a technician visit and the person said that it's a software issue. It is the device and they are giving a replacement. Yas me to pay 600 rupees since my box one year warranty period has been expired. I don't understand how come this happen exactly on the next month...

I have a Airtel Prepaid Number, Currently my recharge validity is expiring in couple of days. Additionally, i have account topup balance of 291 Rs. Earlier there used to be an option to reacharge with top-up blance. Airtel currently has dicontinued it and As per airtel support team, Now i can only use it for international call or for other paid calling but cannot use for recharge itseems. My name is Krupa pavani. I'm using Airtel number for more than 10 years. Im in Qatar now and I face repeated main balance deduction without reason. On 17.12.23 after recharging with Rs.500 my main balance is Rs.587, I came to India on 22.12.23 and I came to know my balance got deducted without any mail/ sms by contacting customer care.

I am unable to call Toll free numbers from my Airtel prepaid sim. It says I do not have sufficient balance, However, I have 3 months pack with sufficient balance.

Hi Sir,

I've surrendered my mobile SIM on April/2023 with AirTel and AirTel has sent me the refund cheque dated 7th June/2023 for the balance amount INR 442.88 (attached the letter and refund cheque from AirTel). The refund cheque could not be deposited in HDFC Bank, as the name on the cheque was incorrect (against the ID and Address proof submitted). Hence, I'd requested Airtel to reissue the cheque with name correction....
