I have purchased airtel black - Broadband + DTH connection. I purchase plan for 3 months. Since im dissatisfied with the service, I asked for service disconnection. Since then im struggling to disconnect the service. They are billing for 2 months which i have not used. I talked with multiple agents but give no resolution. Im stressed in explaining to people about the issue. Every single day these people call and ask me to pay the bill. But no one is bothering about the service which i have not used for 2 months. Since there is no option i tried to raise ticket stating other reason and speak to customer service agent. Even at my peak anger they still ask me to refer the service to someone but show me no resolution. Its a mental harassment. Because CS agents are doing their job which they instructed but the entire process is very bad which gets on nerves for customers. Im not going to pay for any extra amount other than my usage. These people are killing me by calling continuously to pay the amount. Its really unfair and worst experience ever.

      I've recharged my Airtel Broad Band serivice for 1 year on 28th Novemver 2023 using Airtel Thanks application. But its reflecting my account is showing its going to be expired on 24th April 2024.

      I've called their customer care and inqured abouth this issue but they didn't provide me proper solution nor they extend my service period.

      When I raised a ticket to refund the balance amount they closed the ticket stating its resolved without any information and refuding it.

      When I called to check the staus they asked its closed I need to send email tothem for this.

      I've send mail aslo but no response from the team.

      Now they are asking me if I need refund I need to disconnet the service and wait for another 45days for refund.

        I have been an Airtel Internet customer since 2022. I have been paying my bills in advance on a six monthly basis. In August 2023 I paid my six monthly advance payment to last until February 2024. In September 2023 Internet stopped working. I file d a complaint. They said it will be back on but did not happen. In October 2023 I called Airtel and spoke to them. Still no solution. In December 2023 I filed a complaint again and asked them to stop my Internet services completely and refund the money. I was answered it shall be done. Then In February 2024 I was hit with a bill they are overdue. With much effort after trying to explain what happened they waived the excess bill and still did not stop my Internet. In March 2024 I was hit with my monthly bill again with fines. I wrote to Airtel again why am I getting bills when Internet should have been stopped. I did not get a reply until 16/4/24 which they mentioned my final bill is Rs 2100 for two months with fines. I have requested them again and again to stop my internet services and to waive the bill for the service I am not using and to refund my money from the past. They are not addressing the issues and still keep saying I have to pay the bill. Now on top of this they have acknowledged that they have stopped my services but the bill keeps generating until this day and in their reply they are mentioning I am still liable for the bill that is getting generated. I cannot understand their logic nor does it make any sense.
        I am requesting that all my bills are waived for the service I have not been using, refund my money from the past since October 2023 - February 2024 and stop Internet services immediately.

          I am lodging a complaint against Airtel regarding their poor service and failure to address my ongoing connectivity issues despite multiple complaints and escalations. I have paid an advance amount of 3300/- for the Airtel Xtreme Fiber service, which is not being provided as promised. Engineers have visited but the problem persists, causing significant inconvenience. Contact details were shared as requested, but no response has been received. I demand a swift resolution to my connectivity issues, a full refund of the advance payment of 3300/-, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

            I've a broadband connection from Airtel.
            The internet is not working for last 5 days now and intermittently working before that.

            I've raised complaint for the same and tried to follow up on the same. Neither the issue is resolved nor my queries are being answered to the satisfaction. The customer care department is not giving any response, nor are they providing the contact details of the technical staff.

            Due to internet not working, I'm facing multiple issues, like my work and home office is hampered. I want a justified compensation for the trouble caused and immediate restoration of the internet service.

              Dear Sir.Madam,

              I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the misleading practices and false promises made by Airtel, a company that prides itself on providing quality service to its customers.

              In January, I recharged my Airtel account with INR 666, enticed by the benefits advertised, particularly the access to the Apollo circle 24/7 service. However, upon attempting to redeem these benefits, I was informed by your customer care executive that I needed to redeem them immediately after recharge. This was not mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions or during the recharge process.

              Feeling reassured that this was simply an oversight, I decided to give Airtel another chance and recharged my account again on April 13, 2024, hoping to avail the promised benefits. To my dismay, I was once again unable to redeem the benefits. This time, when I contacted your customer care, I was informed that the Apollo circle 24/7 service can only be redeemed once in a lifetime, a crucial detail that was conveniently omitted from your terms and conditions.

              Upon expressing my dissatisfaction and concern to your customer care executive, I was met with a dismissive apology and an assurance that my feedback would be noted. However, the lack of accountability and transparency in addressing this issue only further validates my belief that Airtel is engaging in deceptive practices to extract money from its customers under false pretenses.

              Furthermore, my attempts to escalate the matter to a manager were met with evasion tactics, as my calls were routed to an automated IVR system, making it impossible for me to voice my grievances to a higher authority. Subsequent attempts to reach out to your customer care executive have been unsuccessful, as I have been consistently denied access to speak with a representative.

              I am attaching a copy of the call recordings for your reference, which clearly document the misleading information provided by your customer care executives.

              As a loyal customer who has entrusted Airtel with my business for several years, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of integrity and accountability demonstrated by your company. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that such deceptive practices are not perpetuated against other unsuspecting customers.

              I expect a prompt response addressing my concerns and a resolution to this matter. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to explore alternative options and escalate this issue further through appropriate channels.

              Thank you for your attention to this matter.

                      My data pack expired on 4th April and as I want to limit my data usage I opted for Talktime and recharged my mobile with ₹10/- giving me a Talktime validity of ₹7/- . But when I tried calling, my call doesn’t go through despite having balance.

                        Iam using airtel xstream fiber internet in my house last month (March) i recharged 200 mbps of worth 1179 due to it had benfit of amazon prime membership of 1 year. This month i recharged a lower plan of 40 mbps of worth 589 due to this they revoked my amazon prime membership stating you have migrated to lower plan. I reached to customer care they are not responding. This is illegal by cheating the customers by showing false benfits to attract customers

                            regarding unable to use my top up balance from airtel

                            I have a Airtel Prepaid Number, Currently my recharge validity is expiring in couple of days. Additionally, i have account topup balance of 291 Rs. Earlier there used to be an option to reacharge with top-up blance. Airtel currently has dicontinued it and As per airtel support team, Now i can only use it for international call or for other paid calling but cannot use for recharge itseems. Currently that amount is stuck and carrying forward...

                                I was debit Rs.25 for Airtel Virtual Debit Card annual maintenance charges.
                                I never applied for this card and it was issued without my consent in the first place. And now, they are charging me for something which i have never used.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I am a very old customer of subject Postpaid number. I was shocked to see my bill No. BM[protected] dated 12 mar 24, which showed and levied hefty International roaming charges for 7 days totalling Rs 5949.56, while matter of fact is that I had never visited any foreign country. I have taken up this complaint through various means as given out in the References.
                                  It is reiterated that I have neither been to out of country nor had I opted for any roaming facility during the period 20 to 26 Feb 24 for which I have been given a hefty roaming bill. In fact, during this period I was on a bonafide government duty at Dharchula in Pithoragarh district which borders with Nepal. Throughput my stay at Dharchula was on the India side. I remember earlier too I had talked to your customer care number 121 about this anomaly. On 12 mar 24 I had also visited their store at Alpha sector Greater noida and put my complaint there too.

                                  I was charged international roaming charges of Rs 649/- per day for the period 20 Feb to 26 Feb 24, when I had visited Dharchula which is in India. I had been raising this issue since 27 Feb 24 and my e mail dated 12 March 24 and subsequent calls at Customer care. It’s very frustrating that Airtel is not addressing my complaint and hell bent on extracting irrational and illegal heavy bill for services not applicable on me.
                                  I approached the Appellate/Nodal authority of Airtel to look in to my genuine case and get me a corrected bill vide SR[protected] on 21 Mar 24, I got a reply that the issue shall be resolved by 24 mar 24, alas I did not get any response till date. However, I got notification of revised bill of Rs 2886.28 (No detailed bill provided by Airtel), which I presume consisted of reduced IR charges. I never agreed even this revised bill because I did not ask for ant IR nor I visited a foreign country. As 22 Mar 24 was the last date of bill, therefore I had to pay the heavy and illegal amount of Rs 2886.28 to airtel.
                                  Kindly look in to the heavy handedness and negligent attitude of Airtel and get me refund of excessive amount charged from me.

                                    My annual broadband subscription has expired, and I have ceased using it. Without my consent, it was automatically converted to a monthly plan and I have been billed for the past two months despite not using the service. However, I am unable to disconnect the connection without settling the bill.

                                    I have reached out to customer care multiple times, but they have been unhelpful and rude, claiming to have sent communication via SMS regarding the plan downgrade. Although I have received SMS messages prompting me to renew the connection, there was no mention of the downgrade to a monthly plan.

                                    After receiving a bill for the February month in early March, I contacted customer care for clarification. Unfortunately, they have been unwilling to assist in canceling my connection and have failed to provide sufficient evidence of the communication regarding the plan change.

                                    I have refrained from using this connection since February, yet I continue to be billed for the service. Despite Airtel's system of making two recorded calls to remind customers of payments, they have neglected to communicate effectively about the plan changes. This lack of communication is concerning and unacceptable.

                                      Over the past month, I have experienced continuous disconnections and interruptions in the broadband service, causing immense inconvenience and disruption to my daily activities.

                                      Despite repeated complaints lodged with the company's customer service department, the issue has not been adequately addressed. Each time I contact their support team, I am met with false promises of a swift resolution and assurances that the problem will be rectified promptly. Regrettably, these assurances have proven to be empty, as the connectivity issues persist unabated.

                                      Furthermore, Airtel has failed to honor the terms of our service agreement, which guarantees reliable and uninterrupted broadband connectivity. The recurring disruptions not only hamper my productivity but also undermine the value of the service for which I am paying.
