I recharged my Airtel DTH with ₹258 for the Tamil SD pack on January 13, 2025, which was supposed to be valid for 30 days. However, my service was unexpectedly disconnected on February 4, 2025, after only 20–22 days.

Upon contacting customer care for clarification, I was informed that the amount was adjusted due to the inclusion of three HD à la carte channels. However, during the entire recharge period, I'm not get viewed any HD channels specifically no: 755 Sun HD. Additionally, Airtel's own interface indicates that HD channels require a separate recharge, yet my amount was deducted without my knowledge.

I was unaware that previously selected à la carte channels would continue to be charged with every new recharge, and there were no notifications or billing details reflecting this. This lack of transparency makes it difficult for customers to track deductions and ensure they are paying only for services they intend to use.

I request an immediate resolution, including either a refund for the deducted amount or an extension of my Tamil SD pack for the remaining validity period. Additionally, I urge Airtel to improve its communication regarding auto-renewals of à la carte channels to prevent similar issues for other customers.

    Hi I had subscribed for a channel in the month of jan2025 and the subscription charges are levied but from Feb even tho the charges are levied the channel does not exist ..

    I called airtel dth consumer complain multiple times they state it's their server problem and will fix by 24 hr but no change ...

    Y in india these big shot cheat the consumer I believe because even tho we complain no charges is taken against them

        Unfair unethical business practices

        For mobile phone services I am getting UCC and raised several complaints but they are always closed giving irresponsible vague reply that their records don't show any such UCC where as they claim to be first fight against spam network and DTH service is not far behind their charges for reinstallation with new odu is 600 all inclusive and cable at actual 8 Rs mtr as confirmed at the time of placing request[protected] but their installation...

          Not adding my wife number into my family group airtel postpaid plan.

          For past 7 months I am visiting airtel showroom to add my wife number into my family group postpaid plan. They are not responding properly, instead of adding my wife number into my family cug postpaid plan. They changed my bill plan from Rs. 999 to Rs. 1199. They fooled me to do their sales target. Now again they are asking to upgrade into another for adding my wife number into my postpaid group plan. So many complaints I did, so many emails...

              My SIM porting request not completed

              I am using a corporate SIM. Since I am retired now, the company where I was working has given authorization to release the SIM on my name.

              Despite all formalities completed, AIRTEL is not accepting the port request, nor they are rejecting my application....

              Hi,

              I just recharged a few minutes before. But I seen that my data balance is deducted with 200MB.

              Recharged pack details - 1.5GB/Day, Unlimited Voice, 100 SMS for 28 days.

              But in a minute, without usage the how the data deducted, that I need to know. I'm using the jio network for data purpose using hotspot connection. After recharge of Airtel number, without using the mobile data, it shows me 1.3GB left.

              I used 126MB that for yesterday night and it show now. After recharge, 126 changed to 127MB in my mobile drop-down menu. In airtel app, it shows me 200MB used. Complete cheating of Airtel Network

                This is Anup Kumar from Mainpuri I am use Airtel mobile service from the last 3 year and I really appreciate your work but for the last 3 month there is some technical issue with me and I am not getting proper network signals in my area and not able to make phone class

                  I purchased an Airtel sim - [protected] 8 years ago. while purchasing, I gave all the necessary documents to the retailer. recently on 24th Dec 2024, I lost my mobile in a theft. When I went to get back my number the Airtel store authorities denied it and said that it's registered on some Srinivasulu name.

                  I have provided the necessary documents to the Airtel store management still they are still not helping me get back my number. I was a prompt user of Airtel for the last 8 years at times when the other service providers were luring the customers with attractive rates and plans I stood by Airtel and now the same Airtel is not helping me when I need them the most. Kindly take action on them.

                    I had a mothly plan on airtel which was to be expire on 7 January 2024. I recharged in advance on 7 january so that when my plan iwipl expire and my new plan should immediately activated on 08 January. Now on 8 january my plan has not activated and after hours of trying to contact customer service when my call got connected and they informed me it will be activated at 12:00 Of night which means 12:00 AM at 09 January 2024. I am facing huge doscomfort of one day period as i am unable to call from my number due to this plan activation gltich and customer service is not helping at all and according to them whatever i do my plan will not activated. Even i have oaid advance why i am facing this lag due to their end why resolution can not be done. I am a working professional and i have to make 100to 200 calls atleast but this has caused me so much financial and loss of time and my professional connections.Pleas take necessary action as customer service is harrassing me.

                      I am Anoop Kumar, a resident of Jalalpur Bewar Mainpuri, and a loyal customer of your network services. I have been facing severe network coverage issues in my area for the past few months. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, the problem persists, causing inconvenience in making calls and accessing the internet.

                      The areas most affected are Home study Table, where the signal strength is either very weak or completely absent. This issue is not only affecting me but also several other residents and businesses in the vicinity who rely heavily on your services.

                        recharge not reflecting in the app

                        Hallo Team,

                        I have recharged mobile prepaid plan with Rs.121 on 31st Dec 2024. It is visible in the Transaction History but the app dashboard mentions pan expired on 31st Dec 2024.

                        IVR chat is ridiculous and there is no helpline via email or call. App is pretty complicated in addition to increased plan amount often.

                        SMS are not reaching the account even after the recharge. In this digital world...

                        I have airtel dish tv plan. My customer id : [protected]. My digital service is getting intrupputed every second month with no signal error. Every time I m calling to customer care and they are sending engineer and charging 150 rupees. Every time I am paying amount but same price blemish exists again and again. They are making money by this way. Currently I m facing same issue no signal. I have called to cutomer care and escalate same issue to the support team and mentioned that i m not paying any single amount to this time to resolve problem because it is repetitive problem and u are charging money every time. But they are not accepting this. I have all bills and communication record of customer service Center. Although they are not arranging call back after 24 hours as well.                           Airtel network is down in my area(Pin code-411009) for more than a week now. There is no resolve even after multiple complaints from many users including me. Why is this problem not yet resolved.
                          Are they going to extend the validity of prepaid plan for this period of nonavailability of their network services? Or they just want to charge us for not providing services!

                          Their promotions on TV and social media boast about the availability of their services in the remotest areas of our country!!??
