Airtel — Airtel executive is not attending to service request

My number [protected] was recently moved to the postpaid plan of Rs 699, which entitles me to add a family member to this existing connection. I have raised a request from the Airtel app to port and add the number to my plan. For which an Airtel executive is supposed to visit my house. Accordingly, a Ticket was created. However, no one visited, nor did I receive any call regarding the same. Instead, the ticket was closed, mentioning that the request has been fulfilled, KYC done, verified with the customer over the call, and the issue is resolved.
This has happened twice since 5th June.
That is not the only case; previously, I had a lot of issues with executive or engineer visits at my location with my Airtel WiFi connection, which forced me to discontinue Airtel WiFi. It seems like the same might happen to my Airtel postpaid connection too.
