I have been working with airtel team on activating mobile data network on the child number.. The sequence of communication is as follows...
I have been working with airtel team on the below request from 23th july, today is 30th july and the issue is still not resolved.
24th july – data stopped working – called up customer care and i was told that it will be fixed shortly.
25th july – visited ariel store at viganan nagar and i was told that, they raised a ticket with backend team and it will be fixed soon.
26th july – again visited the same store – but no success
27th july – i was asked the change the sim card, i changed the same from viganana nagar store.
28th july – visited the store again, i was told to wait for 24hrs.
29th july – visited the store and i was told the same.
29th july – visited kanagasapura store and i was told that it will be fixed in 24hrs, and was given a ticket number 78202979. I was also told that information given by viganannager store was not correct.
30th july – since all the stores are closed, called up customer care and i was told that, she do nto see any update from backed team nothing else she can help.
31st july – 5:56pm – called up customer care, he asked me to wait for another 24hrs
Received a call from fatima and i was told that it will be fixed in 1hr (715pm)
Got a call from dhikshith and he asked me to call 121 and log a complaint –. I have asked him to escalate the same to floor supervisor, kavya, she also told me to call 121. Surprisingly she was ok i disconnect the service.
31st july - no response from airtel tiill now. So i decided to call customer care, spoke to mukesh and floor senior supervisor abhishek and i was told that there is an issue but they asked me to wait 24hrs again.
1st aug : 09:45 – no response received from airtel team.
1st aug : 12:30 pm - got a call from [protected] – she has no idea what is happening… she asked me to wait for another 24hrs.
1st aug : 715pm – no response or call received from airtel
1st aug 08:00pm – since there is no response calledup customer care and the call was disconnected when i shared the number/ticket id.
