This is nitesh porecha, i am an exisitng user of airtel for last several years bearing number [protected], for last many days i was facing network issue, so i visited airtel store where i was asked to change the sim card for which i agreed and done, but unfortunately i lost the same thiswas done on 31st july'17, i tried informing them the same on same day i was informed to visit nearby store and collect the new card i requested to barred my number till the new card is taken the same was not done. On 1st august i called to customer service team and requested for barring my number as same was being used someone as i was getting number busy and was able to see that data is being used, they informed me to visit the store and take new card service of the old sim will be stopped immedaitly, however the same was not done and someone is still using my sim, my new number is still not activated, customer care supervisor viajy and yunus gave all incorrect information and not helped in barring the number.

Complaint marked as Resolved They have not provide any solution what they have done for los of my 3 GB data and un authorize usage of my SIM, where i had asked to stop services of my SIM.
