I requested to cancel my air tel postpaid no: mobile number [protected] on 11th of april 2017, i stopped my service on 1th of april 2017, i received bill for he month of march-april on 13th april 2017, i paid my bill through online on 30th april 2017 that was the my last bill. Now many person from airtel called and asked me your our standing bill pending 2 months. I received airtel messages also, one day fine one airtel guy called me i explained all this details, final he agreed and he will cancel my airtel service and sent me a cancellation no: 77038651, after that still i ma receiving messages regarding outstanding bills. If airtel people will continue this i will go to consumer court. Stop this nonce business.

    I changed my airtel number ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid and the prepaid sim was activated on 31/july/2017 using my aadhar. After 4hrs recharged by selecting the prepaid pack of rs349 with validity of 28 days using my credit card. Though the txn ([protected]) was successful and my credit card was debited my number is not recharged. Pls check.

        My name is kishore kumar and i am a govt. Employee. I had an airtel 2g sim working fine till 15th june 2017. My number is [protected] and i had been using it for the past 10 years. Its a lucknow (Up) region sim. But my posting is in kerala. How and why this number is blocked i dont underastand becoz i had recharged in the month of april 2017 as well as in may 2017 too. I keep sufficient balance in my mobile then how it could got blocked. The sim is enabled in my name but no network shown. My service record had this number registered and other official departments too. I m feeling helpless. Kindly help me out from this pathetic situation.

          This is nitesh porecha, i am an exisitng user of airtel for last several years bearing number [protected], for last many days i was facing network issue, so i visited airtel store where i was asked to change the sim card for which i agreed and done, but unfortunately i lost the same thiswas done on 31st july'17, i tried informing them the same on same day i was informed to visit nearby store and collect the new card i requested to barred my number till the new card is taken the same was not done. On 1st august i called to customer service team and requested for barring my number as same was being used someone as i was getting number busy and was able to see that data is being used, they informed me to visit the store and take new card service of the old sim will be stopped immedaitly, however the same was not done and someone is still using my sim, my new number is still not activated, customer care supervisor viajy and yunus gave all incorrect information and not helped in barring the number.

            Before moving to usa in jan 2017 i have requested to cancel the post paid number [protected] and [protected] which i was using since 2010, but this numbers are not cancelled and i get bills every month to the address in india, in spite of giving them the filled in cancellation form at the airtel store in padma rao nagar secunderabad before i relocated to usa.

              Hi,

              This is to express my utter frustration as customer of airtel. I am sorry to state that the services of airtel mobility are going down every day and have been become pathetic.

              I think in the race to get more customers they have got more than their capacity and now not able to manage their services so i request all my friends and known not to switch to airtel rather port their number away from them. I recharged the monthly pack of rs 399 for my mobile number [protected] on 25th july and 1st august 2017 through airtel app (Largely advertised app of airtel which is actually a fiasco, good for nothing) but the pack did not got activated on my phone and i kept paying money for every call and internet use.

              When i called the customer care they kept repeating like parrot that the pack is not showing active on my number, if it has not been activated on my number the money will be refunded back to my account after 10 days, however they registered my complaint with the number conrc[protected].

              If you will call them they have no option to talk to the customer care executive

              Please be aware of this cheating by airtel and look for alternative service provider.

                Sir, my airtel 4g postpaid no is [protected] in the name of prasoon lata.. I had put an email on 22 june, 2017 for discoonection of my this 4g connection in chandigarh as i had to shift back to delhi in july.. I had not been using 4g pack any more.. N my 4g was not disconnected by your side.. Still i am constantly getting calls from airtel for the bill payments.. Inspite of sending email and informing for disconnection i have been receiving constant calls.. And billing amount has also increased meanwhile.. Kindly look into matter asap.. I am facing a lot of discomfort because of constant calls from airtel office..

                  I applied for airtel broadband connection on 19th march, 2017 with 1700/- rs. (1000 for connection and 700 for instrument). They promised to install the connection in 48 & hours. After passing 48 hours i chased them they started making excuse up to 10 days and finally they informed connection can not be done due to technical issues. I was conveyed to fill the form online for refund of money. I did immediately online. They did not respond for the same for a month. I started mailing to customer care they replied me with solution many times but no action taken till date after passing 4 months.

                  Now they not even bothered to reply of mail nor they are refunding my money. Request you to take action against airtel immediately.

                  Attaching copy of my invoice which was paid. For instrument they did not give receipt

                    Since april-2017, every month i am raising my complaint to airtel customer care regarding wrong charges in my bill, which is internet charges and [protected]@99 charges. I got 10gb/month free internet offer since april-17 which is still valid. For [protected]@99, have called them many times since april-17 to deactivate the roaming charges service and customer care executive promised to do so but no use, every month both internet and roaming charges are coming on my bill and i have to pay because their # system can't do the adjustment in previous months bill. It is being cursed for me to take airtel post paid plan. They have no respect for the customer who has 5 post paid connections in the name and their loyal customer since 2007.

                      I received airtel postpaid connection (Mob no:[protected]with 7 gb data at 4g speed.
                      From last three days i am facing problem with net speed. I was trying to download a video file of 3.2 mb size, and it took 3 minute to download it. Then i tried network speed on ookla (Which airtel proudly presents in their ads) it showing 8mbps speed on my network (Though it showing my server is in different place farer than 200 km). It is not happened for one time but continuous. I am attaching screen shot of downloading status at each minute, (You can see the time of each shot in itself (Right top)

                        I am from madurai, tamil nadu. Few weeks back i met a executive from airtel with regards to a new internet broad band (Fiber optic) connection in madurai.

                        He showed me some monthly rental plans for broad band and i was interested in a particular plan.

                        He took rs 700/- from me and said the connection would be provided in 5 working days.

                        I got calls from him after few days, however i haven't got my connection yet. Its been more than three weeks now and now when i contact him he does not respond.

                        Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

                          My name is sarika. My airtel mobile no is 99870181xx.
                          I had called more than 5 times to airtel customer care within 15 days. No one is bother to resolve my query.
                          First call i made on 16th july 2017. I had a complain of not getting network and internet connection when i am at my home. Once i go away from my home after around 1km i am getting internet connection. When i first called that lady said (I don't remember her name) i have registered your complain and it will be resolved within 22 hours. Nothing has happened.
                          Then again i called on 19th july 2017 again another lady said there was no service request on this no before. So i am registering your complain now. And i got reference no 77889844 from sms. And they said their team is working on it and it will resolve within 4 days. Nothing has happened as ususal.
                          Again i called on 22nd july the "senior person" miss sony said it will resolve by 23rd july before 11.30am. And she will going to escalate this issue.
                          I called on 27th july 2017 again ms prajakta said no query has been escalated yet so now she will do that and if nothing has happened within 3 working days then please call again.
                          Now i am fed up of calling you people.
                          I already sent a mail on appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com.
                          And i hope i will get some satisfying answer atleast this time after 6 th call.

                                I got a duplicate sim for my airtel mobile number +91 [protected] on wednesday july 26th. However its been a week and the sim card is still not activated.

                                I had to visit the airtel store multiple times and it is depressing to hear that they are not giving the exact reason for the delay. I was told that there is a network connectivity issue, but seriously network connectivity issue for a week? Where are we living? In stone age?

                                  Hi,

                                  I recharged my airtel prepaid number on 24th july 2017, on that day airtel was offering unlimited calls and 1. Gb per day for 84days. After recharge i am not getting 3g/4g data after 3days days. I complained the issue by calling airtel customer care and airtel completely ignoring my complaint.

                                  If airtel is providing only the data for 3 days why would i recharge with rs.399? I completely dissatisfied with your service. If you can't promised services why do you advertise in media and then cheat customers.

                                    I am mohd. Arif khan from firozabad in up. My airtel mobile number [protected] which is almost 10 years old number and i have been continously using this since last 10 years. Previously it was ported from bsnl to tata docome and from last 6 months, it was ported to airtel. I was using it as well but suddenly 2 days ago my airtel mobile number [protected] was deactivated without any pre information to me regarding to such deactivation. I did not commit any wrong step like abusive calls or messages however without any reason my this airtel number [protected] was deactivated.
                                    And when i called several times to airtel customer care every time they are giving different excuses. But my number is still not reactivated. I also went to airtel office in my city firozabad in up but all of my steps were proved as wild goose chase. I also just talked to airtel customer care they told me that your number won't be activated now.
                                    Sir it is my 10 years old number to which i don't want to loose and also don't want to ignore further important future calls to my this airtel number
                                    So please get my problem resolved soon as soon as possible.
                                    Else this matter will be taken to court soon
                                    Please rectify my this problem soon and activate my airtel number [protected]

                                        9.00 pm). Pls stop this kind of msg.
