Document verification and payment of new broadband connection was done on sunday 23rd july but no installation has happened yet (29th july, sat). I have been calling the costumer care and they have not helped me at all. They just say it has been escalated and i will receive a call but i did not receive a single one. Extremely unhappy with airtel and its customer outreach. They just want to steal for us.

    I am an airtel customer for the past 3 years. For the last 3 months (From the month of may 2017) my broadband connection was disconnected due to some cable issue on airtel side. I requested for disconnection to change my network.
    I am still waiting for airtel to disconnect my broadband (29/07/2017). I have paid all my bills till the disconnection request raised.
    Now after disconnection request airtel has generated a bill and is forcing me to pay.
    I had also communicated my request through mails on 14 jul 2017 (Ref no :[protected] and
    I asked the bill for the used data through customer care and i am ready to pay that. I also raised a new request case to resolve which is still not resolved.
    Now i am getting call from airtel person, who called me and just says himself as collection agent speaking in a threatening voice.
    How can i contact airtel directly to pay my bill and end my broadband connection??

      As airtel advertises that their network signals work even in forests and in villages but being in city hyderabad, we are searching for signals, its like a hell for us. Are you cheating ppl by doing such ads??
      In case of emergency, it's very difficult to make calls and vice versa. Pls resolve this or our area ppl will change their network gradually. Our area is serilingampally in hyderabad.

        I recharge my number for rs275 (4gb data) today at 12:10 pm. I watch hardly six to seven videos on youtube all being a maximum of three to four minutes in the lowest resolution and i lose 2.5gb for that, experienced the same problem with rs103 3g pack and the same thing is happening with this rs275 data pack, how are we as consumers supposed to happy if are money keeps dissappearing in the air like this? This is daylight looting.

          Why am i not getting the 399 offer. Last month i have recharged my mobile with 399. For this month it is not showing me the offer. Why the hell airtel has many restrictions. Even the customer care is ####. Why can't they speak to me in english, when I clearly stated that I don't know the regional language.

            I have recharged my mobile [protected] on 07.07.17 for rs 299 / plan 70 days validity 1gb /day unlimited talk time from air tel.

            While doing recharge i got to know that the payment is failed and so i made another payment to get recharge for my mobile.

            But to my surprise & shock my bank account got debited twice for rs 299.

            When i contacted the bank customer care they told me to contact you for the refund. I have made a compliant with airtel customer care officer a week before and also written to cc ref no conrc[protected] on 27.07.17 yet i am not in receipt of getting reversal of payment rs 299.
            P ldo resolve the issue and organize for early reversal of double payment made by me at the earliest.

                It's been 6 months now, airtel was consistent in giving us "worst customer service". Everytime we complaint, the technician comes and shows us speed on speedtest.net and then says everything is fine. But the matter of fact is the internet connectivity is not consistent. And most of the time it doesn't even work.

                From the last 4 days, there is no internet and we had to bear huge losses for obvious reasons of operations issues and customer complaints on our company for not responding them for their order status, enquiries, payments etc.

                They've been raising full value bills even though they've not rendered their services full time as promised.

                  I switched from vodafone to airtel. The process is complete now. But i am unable to activate my sim. When i call 59059 they play some hello tune message.
                  I am unable to contact any of customer care executive. The port was complete yesterday.
                  My number is [protected]. I have already paid rs. 450 for 84gb plan to the salesperson. Please look into the matter as early as possible.

                    I've recently port my no. From voda to airtel for the plan of 499 i insert the sim in my 4g handset it got activated i even made a phone call next i insert the sim on my 3g handset as the previous handset is broken, it is not registering to any network i went customer care centre they charge me 25 rs and alloted me another sim said that it would get activated in 4 hours its been 24 hours i'm still facing the same problem with the new sim to. Guys u r setting a bad example i'm new into ur network before starting even i already have to change 2 sims n it isn't working yet from 3 days i'm facing this trouble no phone calls either uh fix my problem or i have to choose some other network no other choice. Plz do revert back

                        Hi,

                        I have received my bill for the mobile number *81 (Rupees 238.82) and *72 (Rupees 273.18).

                        My mobile number *81 and *72 plan is my plan corp cap 199 cug 0 na which includes 700 mins (Local+std+ national roaming, mob and fl),
                        Cug to cug free and 750 mb+10gb free data of mobile data.

                        I have used only 600 mins out of 700 mins in my plan for voice.
                        I have used only around 500 mb of data out of the allotted 10.75 gb.

                        I have been additionally charged 30.4rs for *72 and 1.6rs for *81 for the month of july.

                        I want your billing team to check and revert back the charges and provide me the correct bill amount.

                        It is really frustrating that i need to raise the concern each and every time.

                        This is the fourth time i'm raising the issue and this issue is continuing from month of april 2017.

                        I have registered multiple issue with complaint numbers 78127288, 78126122, 76612145, 75901204 [protected], [protected]. And have called 121, 198 and [protected] which is of no use.

                        Please look into this issue and fix it at the earliest and permanently.
                        I'm registering a consumer complaint and if this issue is not fixed permanently i will port out immediately.

                        I have repeatedly telling that my Mobile numbers 9********1 and 9********2 plan is MY PLAN CORP CAP 199 CUG 0 NA which includes 700 mins (Local+STD+ National Roaming, Mob and FL), CUG to CUG free and 750 MB+10 GB of mobile data.

                        Im using less than the 700 mins of talktime and still getting inflated bill for the voice each and every month form April 2017.

                        You guys are past three months closing the tickets 78127288, 78126122, 76612145, 75901204 [protected], [protected]. and have called 121, 198 and [protected] which is of no use and creating new tickets 78260341, 78392409, 78392689 without fixing the billing issue.

                        I have explained clearly several times on the phone and your customer has agreed that there is a issue with billing.

                        The issue still persists.

                        Please fix it permanently.

                        You have accepted there is an issue with the billing and it is more than 6 months and still you guys are not able to fix the issue.

                        Im wondering if at all Airtel will be able to fix the issue for the plan you guys have provided.

                        PLease fix this issue.

                        I have registered multiple issue with complaint numbers 78127288, 78126122, 76612145, 75901204 [protected], [protected]. And have called 121, 198 and [protected] which is of no use.

                        Dont close the complaint without fixing the issue.

                        Please look into this issue and fix it at the earliest and permanently.
                        I'm registering a consumer complaint and if this issue is not fixed permanently i will port out immediately.

                          I recharged my other airtel account [protected] with Rs.195 by using airtel app which is downloaded on my ac [protected]. I went in [protected] ac bal and pressed 'get now' option then proceeded with 195 Rs. recharge. But instead of recharging my [protected] ac, recharge was wrongly done on [protected].

                            Hi,

                            I was using vodafone number which i choose to port to airtel last week, it got approved and successful on28th july 10 pm night. I was supposed to to insert the new airtel sim and dial on 59059 and it should have started working as promised. But, this is something not happening, and the number is still not active.

                            I am in big trouble as i am travelling and all my online transactions are failing as i can't access otp as the registered number with my bank is not accessible.

                            Tried for trying to reach airtel customer support, it's just not happening for me.

                            Please help.

                                    On the month of june i have port from vodafone to airtel, since i am facing problem in incoming calls. I am not getting any incoming call from airtel mobile, jio mobile and landline numbers and they says its a wrong number. Alsoi am unable to send the messages. Already i have complaint this issue to airtel customer care in 1st week of july still my problem is not resolved. Each time when i complaint they said we will forward your request to our technical team but till date i didn't receive any call from technical team.

                                      I have a 4G Airtel Hotspot. It's useless. Data speed most of time is less than 1 MB. I tried booking complaint but none of the airtel site has any working link to lodge complaint.

                                      They seems do not interested in customer care. Thinking of changing. Can somebody help suggesting which is a better option.

                                        I lost my phone inside jnu campus though ring is going but i want it to be blocked, so futher no one can miss use it.
