[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel fraud in postpaid bill for international number[protected]

In my airtel bill for the period: 05-may-2017 to 04-june-2017 bill no:[protected], it was showing i send international sms to the number:[protected], 4 times. Details below:
17/may/2017 02:20:[protected]
19/may/2017 09:18:[protected]
21/may/2017 19:47:[protected]
24/may/2017 09:19:[protected]
But i haven't send any sms to that number and i have no idea about that number. When i checked online the same number found for fraud in airtel's other customer complaints too. I guess its a fraud from the company. They have charged rs20 for that 5rs per sms. I want this to be solved.

Company is cheating customers, nobody knows how many.

Hi Rakesh,

Could you please let me know, why Airtel is cheating with its own customer and why should we stick with Airtel when we know Airtel is cheating with us and probably they might have done this in my past bills as well.

I have also seen such complaints against Airtel by other customers as well.

Not expected such disgrace event from Airtel.

Hello, I have the same problem with my billing cycle.

Can you please guide how you did resolve this issue?
This issue is still not resolved and I haven't received an email from Airtel, they are continuously charging such international message from my number.
