I am facing a serious problem regarding mobile number [protected].
I had taken this number in aprox march-april 2016 with advance payment of rs 200. Due to this there was no any rental for 1 year and it was free for 1 particular number. I was getteing bill too of rs 0 till 22 jan'17 with airtel account number [protected].

After jan i didn't get any bill for this number but got mail from airtel that i have to pay bill.in this mail account number [protected] is mentioned which is different from earlier one.
I got current mail that i have to pay rs.1782.41. But why i need to pay this because as per my knowledge i didn't use this number since 6-7 month. And rental was free by advance payment of rs 200.

    This is regarding the shifting request ref no : 81841656 raised on 30th of april, 2017.
    Ll no :[protected]

    This request was not processed by airtel after several follow ups (Hours of cc call everyday after raising the request) and several complaints (E. G. 82355446, lb[protected]. It was escalated to nodal west team as well as national escalation team but no response or resolution provided to customer.
    Then i had requested cancellation of the service but that too was processed late (Requested on 14/05, processed on 29/05). I had requested a waiver of all the subsequent bills (After raising the shifting request) as i could not use the airtel bb because of airtel's fault.
    But after several requests for everything, still bill is getting generated/piled up and i am being followed up to clear my bills.

      Hello,

      Last week, i did a recharge for my customer of rs 349 in which we get unlimited data/call for a month. During initial submission, i got message that it is unsuccessful so it asked me to try again and i did it.

      After few mins, i saw that rs 349 was deducted twice and customer also got message twice but he got the benefit for only single month.

      Customer did not pay for another recharge because he said its not a mistake of him.

      However its not my mistake too.

      I called to customer care, sent message over twitter too but there is no resolution.

      What should i do now?

        Wrong IVR options on customer care numbers

        I am an airtel user from past 4 years.
        Whenever i call on 198 or 121 on their customer care number, there are many options from 1 to 9, and they ask to select an option but whenever i select option 9 to speak to their executive, it says "oops it's an incorrect option"
        There is no way to contact customer care executive as they are cheating with their customer. A customer care should be fast as possible to reach the consumer but...

        Hi rajesh,

        For your information can you check my all call details to airtel customer care and emails.
        ? I told first attempt i am able to browse after that it will disconnect so because of this i am not able to connect to internet and do any task.

        Second point so many guys called from your team and explained different different solutions. One of them is that 199 recharge is for 4g but your is 3g handset so we will convert and give 3g data but after that no information from them and same issue. For 349 recharge also they told same thing for your information i recharged all packages from my app which was for 3g data set.
        You are telling i used conteneous data on your mentioned date
        . I dono what you are telling am i mad to complain you for 1 and half months without issue? Dear rajesh try to resolve issue and don't make customers frustrated of your wrong messages. Some 2 emails back sonali told upgrade to 4g sim as we spoke but thing is that she didn't spoke to me regarding this. See how you guys give wrong info itself and make false statements.

        Please can anyone in your team genuinely solve this problem?

        I am going to escalate this to tri centeal government department about your wrong info

        Rajesh i suggest you learn how to speak with customers who has issues and try to resolve then doing some false statements and blaming customer

        You have not discussed with me saying to upgrade to 4g sim and why you are mentioning in email saying as discussed and please upgrade and all.

        For your information i have recharged 199 rupess data pack and its for 3g/4g so i have recharged it and still i am unable to use internet.             I have paid march month bill of rs.816/- by cheque no. 280186 dt 19.4.17 and amount credited to airtel account on 28/29.4.17 and having acknowledgment for the same and paid april month bill of 903/- vide cheque no. 280290 dt.20.5.17 and also having acknowledgment. But still, airtel people are harassing for payment of march and april bills. I have emailed the acknowledgment to them twice. Inspite of this they are making calls every day to my mobile asking for payment and disturbing my peace. I request them to immediately disconnect my fixed line number [protected] immediately.

              My no is [protected]. I cant sms to any number from first, when i take this this sim (3 to 4 years ago). I was complained regarding this at that time, but no result.

              Now i want do sms, but cant. Again i was raise a complain on[protected], complain no. Rprov[protected], that executive give me[protected] within 1pm, to solve that problem, but not solved.

              I was called again again 4 time, another complain no give me. No. Clsms[protected]. That executive name swapna again give me another date, that[protected], but not solved that problem.

              Again i was called on 5th june, again give me another date, but not solved, this executive name pradip.

              Till now not solved that problem

              Plz my request is take action of my sms problem & also that all excutive who give me wrong information, and waste my time, harass me again and again.

                    But i see you are still charging bill for it. As i had an auto payment mode, you are charging from my credit card every month.

                      Hello sir,
                      I use airtel (Pune) but as i got transferred to delhi had to opt for porting to airtel (Delhi ncr). The first instance i had been to the airtel store (Nirman vihar, near metro station, delhi) on 2nd week of march. They denied, saying porting is not processed as there are some problems. Thinking i had no other option i was leaving when i came to knowfrom one of my friend who did porting. I called the customer representative, he said porting is done go back to the store and say him again. Did the same. Got registered. The store person took 100 rs and said will be done in the next 7 days. Max (8april). I didn't see the new sim work. After 10-15days called the custommer representative again and asked for the status. He said it has not done from the store's side. I was like what? Both belongs to airtel. Right? So why are you playing the blame game? He said g to some other airtel store (Sahara mall, gurgaon). After resisting i went because it was a roaming sim and i was charged a lot. Difficult for me to afford. They said it will be resolved within 3 days. Waited for 10-15 days again, then called the cs again, they said it wws again not updated from the store's part. I was ridiculed. Because it had already been 1 month. I talked to the customer representative again. They insisted again this time it will be finally resolved. I went to the store again they behaved as if they dont have my form. They did all the whole process again. They said will be resolved within a week. A week passed. I called the store person sagar. He picked and said will update u in 10-20mins if not wrong. I tried calling that day he didn't receive. Next day same situation. He didn't pick up. I called the cs complained about it. Then immediately sagar calls. Saying even they dont know how long will it take. I mailed a few airtel people that day and also before. All came up with fake assurances that it will be resolved within a day, two days, etc. I called again. He said it will be resolved by 5th june if not wrong. Then again it was not resolved i keep calling and they keep stalling. I called even today. He said i dont know about it. It was not done on the store's part. He insisted me ti visit the pplace again. Okay, i cant visit again. I stay in delhi i work in gugaon, it takes me 2:30 hrs to travel from delhi to gurgaon and 5hrs total. My work time is 9-6 by the time i leave from office and reach airtel store they are already shut. Surprise. So i can't risk of stalling my work for something i dont trust anymore. I have done the same thing muktiples times, they are not responsible and why would i keep travelling. My complaint in these days whatever expense i have occurred due to roaming charges who is goong to reimburse because it is npt my fault. Why shall i bear these charges and i have no idea how much more it is going to take. Airtel, worst service possible received. Thanks.
                      I want airtel to pay my expenses. What i have incurred because of them. I would have chosen any decent plan and might not be having so muvh problem. Now i have to think before making a call. Roaming it may cost much. Airtel has made me helpless. Cant call anybody. And internet too is worse. They call it 3g but works at 30-35kbps speed and in my village tata docomo gives a speed of 80-90 (2g) i compared the speed against jio even. Pfa for all the relevant photos or documents.

                      The net gets connected after every 10 to 20 minutes. Sometimes the speed is also low. This pack claims to give free calls, but they do cheating which I observed as sometime I make call and my balance got deducted. Not good service.

                      After repeated telephonic complaints the issue of network has not been resolved till date in the area.

                        It's being almost a month we r facing poor Airtel connectivity .call drop is very high. No 3G connection n we cannot brows anything. Am not far away from the tower. Due to poor airtel service . I find people are switching to JIO where is cheap n have good network
                        My DTH is not working since last 3 days and showing error no 00019. No service engineer is provided in spite of repeated requests.

                          I want to make a complaint about a manager who works in the airtel express located in indra nagar # 25, 7th cross, 2nd main, indiranagar i stage, bangalore. Near bda complex, and his name is sharath what kind of managers do you appoint who don't even how to talk to a customer
                          He has a request for a duplicate sim 3 days back and it was not activated everytime i when he just kept telling 2 hours today when i called him i was really angry he just told on my face that it cannot be activated do what you to do

And they told that i have to pay 250/- rs. Again for re activation. So my concern is i am ready to pay my due amount, so why should i pay again re activation fees.? This number is very important for my professional purpose. And after clear my payment i want to shift from post paid to prepaid

                            I don't want to shift to any other company from air tel.

                            I have orderd for a new airtel dth connection on 31st may, 2017 . They told me that they will set that within 3rd june. They called me and ask my proper address and said they will come in between 1 hour. But after that they switched off their phones and harassed me too much and anybody from the company bothered to contact me.

                              I bought 4g sim for my existing 3g number 2 days back from an airtel store in kanchipuram, tamilnadu.
                              I was said by the person in the airtel store that it will get activated exactly the same time, the next day.
                              As she said the network signal was received the next day. I did not do anything nor did I receive any call for activation. It happened by itself.

We have a industry in our place with workforce of more than 2000 people and a village had a population of 5000 people. We don't have a airtel tower in our location. Even i tried reaching open network through mail but no response. I myself the director of thr company, we are ready to provide the land. Please take swift action to setup the tower.

                                      I am post paid account holder with MDN [protected] last two years, I
                                      haven been facing GPRS related issue from last 4 month on one
                                      particular location Village- kanwarpur, Post -Shekhanpur, Tahsil
                                      Lambhu, district sultanpur pin-222303.

                                      I hardily get Edge network that two either uplink is not working or
                                      have downlink issue, there is no 3g and above network in this area,

                                      I did called customer care 121 in the month of may and registered
                                      complaint about GPRS issue even i got call from network team to know
                                      the issue stating that they will call back once issue is resolved . on
                                      3rd of June again i called 3 times on 121, first time my call was
                                      disconnected my the agent. second time another agent transfer my call
                                      to ivr. third time i insisted for supervisor he too disconnected my
                                      call on hold

                                      on 5th of June i got call on my alternate no [protected] from Airtel
                                      asking sir you have placed request to close your services. any way i
                                      asked to cancel the request since i have not made any such request

                                      I called back customer care 5th June to 121 to know how you have
                                      placed request to discontinue my services also asked for supervisor
                                      but none have attend the call however the agent said you will get call
                                      back from our supervisor which i am still waiting

                                      Sir its humble request kindly play the calls which i have made to 121
                                      and do the Justification i know have not requested for disconnection .
                                      this has been done my one of your customer care agent also please
                                      solve my GPRS issue too.
