I purchased an INFERNO device from Airtel. I regret to inform you that the device is not working from the date of its purchase. I want to return it back, but I am not getting a proper response from Airtel in this regard. Kindly help me with an early resolution of this problem. The person from Airtel INFERNO team visited my home and resolved the issue. Now the device is working absolutely fine. I want to remove this complaint from the forum.
