[Resolved]  Airtel — AIRTEL is charging illegally on postpaid bill(543212)

Hi, AIRTEL has charged on my post Paid bill around 376 rupees for using the services of 543212(which we haven't used this service.i am in a plan of 199 and after adding the above unknown charges and other call charges i got the total bill of 746. i wonder by seeing this bill and called the AIRTEL customer care service people..there way of answer is very rude and disrespecting the customer. They are not ready to investigate on why this bill was charged and also not ready to show the proof o[censored]sing this service by us. I have the call logs of that particular day in my mobile when i said the same to Airtel service people they are simply saying that we have deleted the logs, then i asked them to escalate this case and start the investigation on what was happened but the manager is very rude and insulting us back not to use the AIRTEL service. I feel very bad that this people are charging illegally and making our money and time waste.I need justice for the above and want to clear whose fault is this.. Regards, Srini [protected]@gmail.com
