Airtel — Airtel is not following TRAI rules

Address: Pune

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has implemented new rules regarding mobile recharge and SIM card validity for Airtel, Jio, and Vi users. A key change is that SIM cards now remain active for 90 days without any recharge. After this period, users have a grace period o[censored]p to 15 days to recharge and reactivate their number before it's deactivated and potentially recycled. Additionally, TRAI has introduced affordable top-up vouchers starting at Rs 10, and has removed the requirement for color-coding on recharge coupons.

*Airtel is sending messages to stop the incoming services after just 24 hours of recharge dead.
*If government launches new rules then company should respect it and must follow the protools.
*Airtel should follow those rules and have to keep the sim and incoming services enable for 90 days.
