Airtel — airtel leased line - service request[protected] | |||
Hi airtel team, We have connection - circuit id - 9078919, for our company. We sent a request on 9th of feb for shifting the lease line in the same building same floor just to a different room. But we never received any response. Mr. Prasad the account manager never picked up the call till 14th. On 14th of feb he told he needs 4-5 weeks to shift the line. This is not professional, we were never informed about this while taking the connection. Mr. Benny escalation manager also never picks up the call. Our office is shifting on 15th of feb with out internet connection we can not do anything. Please help us asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
