Airtel — airtel money refund

I had registered for airtel money and paid-2000 rs for it from my Infosys portal which has collaboration with airtel money. (refer attached screenshot). Txn id:[protected] ;date:03/09/13. Post this I only receive one more sms on 09-mar-14 as my airtel money A/c has been stopped and balance has been fortified as it was not used for 185 days. Kindly check and returen my money. There were no intimation /alert during and after joining the airtel money about such rules. Also from airtel, I didnt receive any mail/sms reminder for such rules. It is very sad for me to say it again, that airtel is not up to mark company and always find a way to cheat customers.
