It's a very disappointing service of airtel. You can provide the super facility to celebrities on call but you can't provide the service to local customers.
My name is Pratik J Chheda & my airtel no. is [protected]. In starting few days network was there, post it was giving a message that phone is not registered. My Jio network is properly working.
I am in UAE & tried to contact the airtel gallery through my brother for my complaint of network issues.
They literally told my brother the person in whose name the SIM Card is should come for giving the complaint.
You mean I need to fly to India from the UAE for a single complaint of a network issue. Is Airtel going to give me the flight tickets for coming to India & give a damn complaint.
I have already done a local recharge of Rs. 149/- and an international recharge of Rs. 799/- and then too I am not having a network on my phone & would request you kindly extend both the recharge till I get the network in UAE.
