Airtel has been sending me notification on my phone that recharge pack prices are increasing and asking me to recharge before 26th.So i went ahead and recharged with 1499 pack, the pack specifically mentioned that recharge will be activated post current pack's expiry which is why i did the recharge.

Now after i did the recharge the 1499 plan is overlapped and i lost 40 work of my current pack and the day after i recharged, airtel silently removed the line that recharge will start after current pack expiry on 1499 pack and not responding on twitter customer support(which is the only way to contact them, how horrible) to whoever raises the similar complaint.

    The facetime activation is always unsuccessful and the amount which is to be deducted for the activation of Facetime is not being deducted

              Hi,
              I am Maneesh Verma, an airtel customer for the last 11 years. My SIM is not working and there is no connection coming in Dubai. My phone number is [protected].

              I have also registered an official complaint via ID[protected]. There is no one available to hear my complaint.
              When I call toll free number they do not pick and when I call through another alternative number they deduct heavy amount per minute and it takes 5 mins to speak to customer care executive who doesn't understand why the network is not coming. I am really suffering because of this and I have overpaid my phone bills of more than 500.

              I request some one to listen to my complaint asap and resolve this. Contact me via registered email address.

                I had done a recharge from airtel app through gpay although the recharge is succesful but receipient does not get the service activated

                  I done a recharge of rupees 479 for airtel mobile no[protected] but status is unknown the amount was already deducted from my bank thanq plz try to solve my problem as early as posssible

                      I have raised disconnection request of my airtel broadband through customer care as we were moving to new town and there is no airtel line over there excutive they said request raised and my connection will be deactivated in 7 working days

                      I dint recieve any sms I ignored as j thought it may be some network issue

                      Due to Personal emergency I missed to check whther it is deactivated or not..i dint get any calls from airtel tooo

                      Later two months I have received two months bill with late payment.

                      I called customer care and asked for some waive off as my usage is 0 % but they denied and I asked to take the request atleast now
                      They said we raised request but still I dint again any sms or mail
                      I called them again.. Other excutive saying nothing has been raised may be some system error.
                      It is really frustrated due to their careless two months is on due
                      I mailed airtel regarding waive off my due am yet to hear back.

                        I have recharged with Airtel 129 pack on 21st nov-2021. The plan validity is upto 14 dec. As airtel insisted me to recharge because of price increase and told me that, new pack will be activated post expiry of current pack, I have recharged with Rs.379 pack, The pack just got activated and the previous pack has just got vanished. When I asked them, they are saying some misinformation, and not willing to extend my pack for which i have paid already. I request you to take necessary action against airtel and provide me refund or validity extension.

                        Airtel have also cheated me by saying the same thing.

                        I have recharged with Airtel 379 pack on 2 Oct 2021. (Order ID[protected] The plan validity is up to 24 Dec 2021 and 251 data pack on 19 Nov 2021. (Order ID[protected]
                        As Airtel insisted me to recharge because of price increase and told me that, new pack will be activated post expiry of current pack, I have recharged with Rs.2498 pack. on 24 Nov 2021. (Order ID [protected])
                        The pack just got activated and the previous pack has just got vanished. When I asked them, they are saying this pack is got vanished because I have recharged, and not willing to extend my pack for which I have paid already. I have recorded the call with customer care . my number is [protected].
                        I am also attaching the message send by Airtel, promising that the validity of the new pack will be added after the validity of the current pack. and my transaction details.

                          I was charged a late fee on broadband services which is prepaid. This is illegal and when I failed to pay on time, all Airtel should have done is cut the services. Somebody or authority sue the company.

                            My name is Abhishek Ghumare. I lost my Airtel Moble number of 22nd August. I was using this number for about 10 years. When I had purchased this SIM card I has given my document to the retailer. Now, customer care is saying that it is not of my name. It is on the the name of kashiram kewat.
                            They are not blocking this SIM card. I have contacted retailer for this concern. They are saying that, It might be a mistake of the Distributer, it is a fault of Distributer. I know one thing that I had given my documents when I had purchased that SIM card, That Airtel number is very important for me because I was using that number for more than 10 years.

                            I visited airtel customer care gallery at miraroad thane 401107.
                            Staff behaved very rudely and informed it was my fault.( video recording of the same there).

                            Requesting resolution of this matter as this is getting very frustrating for me.

                              I did a recharge of 2498 on my airtel no through airtel app and make payment through card and the amount got deducted but somehow (possibly internet or airtel app issue) transaction got failed.

                              After that I do not get any message regarding failed transaction and neither got refunded.

                              I am from UP West.

                                My initial 379 plan was about to expire in 7 days (2nd December) from this date and airtel was sending prompts to recharge by 26th November as they were planning a increase in the recharge amounts. Hence I recharged for 399 (56 days validity) expecting the plan to be activated after the current plan validity and also I had a data balance also of 119.

                                But I am very unhappy by the way airtel has activated the new plan from today itself thereby reducing my expectation of data availability by 7 days. Please do not cheat like this. It is a shame that the government is not taking any measure to stop such cheating of the citizens by these providers and they are taking huge profit from us.

                                I need some resolution for this. And the customer people know how to talk crookedly and convince people.

                                  Please find that recharge has been done twice in my Airtel number by mistake,
                                  one is done by credit card of 219 rs,
                                  other one is done by "Airtel thanks" app of 199 rs.

                                  It is requested that you please suggest or reverse amount of one of them.

                                  Since the time I ported to Airtel, my life has been hell. There is a cross connection of my number with some other mobile number and I keep wrong calls every half and hour. Even the airtel payments bank shows the other person's name. I called both airtel customer care at 121 and airtel payments bank at 400, but all my efforts went in vain. 121 told me there is no cross connection and just keep ignoring the wrong calls. 400 told me to email me the whole story and when I asked the executive to connect to senior, they promptly said all the seniors are busy. I am very disappointed and this forum is my last resort. Their customer care service is the worst and rude of all.

                                      I accidentally recharged a no. Instead of my no. i was using google pay, Some websites in internet suggested to use WRR service to send text to Send SMS to 51619 with WRR (wrong number) transaction ID) amount (right number). The text services says that
                                      “you are not authorized to use lapu reversal service. Please contact to circle coordinator.”
