Wifi box antenna broke.

Wifi box is there at first floor
now its range get decreased
At ground floor we do not get connections.

Three persons came to resolve this issue but they just fix it but the antenna wire they have not fix.

We have Airtel xstream
But many times 5G not connected only 4G works.
For last few days, we have not been getting internet connectivity.

When the person visit our house it was connected just for the moment, As they gone again internet connectivity was lost.

Now we are not getting internet connectivity.

    I registered to DND services years back and re registered again 3-4 months back as I was regularly getting all types of advertisement messages and calls. Still I keep on getting advertisement SMS related to property, loans, bankings etc. including calls from brokerage firms, loans offers, property etc. Heights have passed now, I received call from SBI Credit card yester day at 12:37 AM (mid night) from number: [protected]

    Please get these calls stopped otherwise I will have to change my service provider for sure. I have already given complaint to airtel as well.

      Hi Team,

      We have received call from airtel team that upgrade your plan to fibre with 499 with unlimited speed of 40 Mbps & we will upgrade to fibre line & modem without any extra cost within 72 hours for landline number [protected].But it's more than 10 days we are getting speed of 8 Mbps with copper line only.

      You have increased price by telling us wrong thing.They tell us that they are calling from recorded line & we will get 100 rs per month lifetime discount but we are not getting discount as well as getting low speed with high price.

      These is such a big scam & fraud

      Kindly sort out these issue other wise we are going to take legal action.

        I have done a recharge of Rs. 479 on 26/11/2021 at 7:04 AM. But the prepaid recharge has been failed with no reason. The amount has not been refunded still.Please do the needful.

          Since many days . Observing even in Airtel Thanks App that data being deducted upto 100MB without using it during night time 12AM to 6AM.

            Today i contact Airtel customer service for PORT my number . They tell their was no sms package in your account for sending port message. I already recharge RS:99 package. my Airtel number is [protected]. The customer care executive convenience to recharge RS:155 minimum recharge before porting. The Airtel network is very week so i want to change others network. This time aitel is pickpocket me. Kindly please make any solutions

              Hi!

              On 26.10.2021, I made a Payment of Rs. 2400-
              The Bill Wrongly states the amount paid as 1525!

              I have already raised complaints via calling 121, & EMail to [protected]@in.airtel.com
              no Resolve.
              Further they cut my outgoing calls!!

                Its not unusual for people to pay bills a little late.
                And every time we make a call AirTel Sounds a Warning about Pending dues slowly and it takes a FULL MINUTE.

                Most of the time, when we are trying to call someone in an Emergency, these interludes are Atrocious.

                People are expected to pay before the final deadlines anyway, and AIRTEL Does impose a 100 rupee penalty anyway.

                Why this very annoying announcements

                Another pesky thing about Customer care calling. ITs such a disaster I had to listen to the Total Amount Due announcements a Dozen times before reaching out to a Executive.

                  They cannot change the base pack until 6 months as it some plan.I told i can pay more to change but they cant change .No where in airtel thanks app its not written that plan cannot be changed.why it is only told when we want to change while we call customer care

                    My airtel phone number alloted to another person without my permission,
                    the sim number important because gmail and facebook opened from that number . then it can be accessed by another hand... now

                    can i have any chance to get back my sim number ?

                        Dear Sir,

                        I had already paid the balance bill amount of rupees 94.36 on[protected] in net banking (Transaction Reference Number is[protected].

                        Maninagar area Airtel store staff insulted me and He forcibly took money Rs.95 from me on[protected].

                        I did not refund already paid money.

                        That person must forcefully apologize to me.

                        I want my money Rs.95/- back

                          You are not dialing a valid number

                          When I dial the first time every day it always says "you are not dialing a valid number" when I dial multiple times then it's solved and then I can call from my sim. could you please help me if this problem...

                          Hii airtel, i applied for broadband connection shifting from 1 city to another they said will happen in 3days but after 8 days there is no resolution to my request.
                          I already paid my bills but I am not able to use services. And there is no customer care no for non airtel user how a person can contact them.
                          Thirdly I try to book new connection then they are saying that will install connection in 1hr in your are but there 4500rs charges for that tell me if I already paid my bills and you have availability in my area then why this silly things that purchase new connection what will I do with old connection ?

                            Hello,

                            My Airtel prepaid SIM got corrupted and can't register on network. Spoke with 121 and found that number is still in service/active.

                            My father already visited the Airtel store but replacement SIM can't be provided to him.

                            I have moved to Canada recently and won't be visiting India any sooner, how can I get a new working SIM ? Any other solution ?

                              Prepaid Mobile App Failed Transaction

                              I have made recharge of Rs.598.00 through Union Bank Of India debit card on 18.112021 at 16.59 hrs. I got SMS from AIRTEL that your recharge is under progress and wait for 2 hrs.

                              After 2 hours, Airtel customer care AA-AIRINF sent sms as transaction failed. Contact your Bank.

                              Checked with my Bank next day, they have told no message or refund effected from Airtel Bank. Even after 14 days AIRTEL people not refunded...

                              Airtel Blue box is installed in middle of out compound wall, currently we have to demolish the wall, this blue box was installed in middle of my compound. Please remove the box or move it to the end of the compound wall .

                                I lost my phone few days back and obviously the inserted Airtel SIM with that.
                                Visited Airtel Store in Prayagraj (Sulem Sarai & Civil Lines) and the support executives submitted SIM swap request multiple times (using Aadhar, PAN, DL) but everytime Airtel rejected this request stating the reason "Live photo does not match with live photo". Now no one has any clue what's the issue and resolution here.
                                They are asking me to visit Bangalore where the SIM was first issued.
                                This is really absurd that there is no communication between two circles (UP & Karnataka) of the same company who happens to work in communication domain only...PATHETIC!!!
                                This mobile number has been in use with me for over 6 years and it is the only number I have. All my bank account, aadhar etc are linked to this number.
