[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel - Non recharge of Data pack even after online payment

I have tried to recharge Rs 125/- for a 2G data pack for Airtel mobile [protected] today morning. I used my HDFC Debit Master card. After online card payment of Rs. 125/- the amount had been deducted in favour of Bharti airtel from my account but no recharge has been done. I want an explanation for this. HDFC Bank has sent the money deduction confirmation and I have attached the bank's deduction photo proof. On calling the customer service at 198, I get a reply stating that Rs.125 2G recharge has been stopped. If that is so then why are you displaying it in available option when someone tries to do online recharge. I have attached a photo for that too. If the scheme has been discontinued then why is the payment being deducted form bank account. I request you to recharge the amount to the given phone number and see that this should not happen again.
