Airtel — Airtel pole - removal request/complaints raised

Hi,

I have a property which is undergoing reconstruction.

And we need to change the entrance to the property and there we have two poles
1. Electricity pole
2. Airtel Pole

We have raised the concern with the Electricity Board, and they have agreed to move the pole.

Now we are facing issue with Airtel

I have visited the Customer Support Store in Neredmet, Hyderabad to discuss this the guy provided me some number where there is no response.

I have raised this concern with Airtel customer support due to this being unusual request they don't have a ticket which says "Pole removal"

Reached out on Twitter also no response.

I am at my limit. The agent said to get rid of the pole and cut the wires let them come and manage again this is recommended by your agent Airtel.
As they have cases like these for almost a year without any update.

As you can see in images there is not much of a gap between two poles, when the electricity pole will be removed this will uproot the Airtel pole.
Tomorrow, I do not want any legal action against me when this happens hence, I am being very clear I did my reach out in every way there is no response from Airtel.
