Respected Sir, I am incharge of Running staff of Nandalur, Railway station. Our employees around 350 members are using AIRTEL departmental mobile nos. Recently our employees are facing Poor signal frequency for while calling to book for duty i.e. for train services. it is much difficulty is being experienced. In time due to poor signal frequency out going/incoming calls are not connecting properly. Our employees are bitterly complaining about poor signal frequency and causing delay for train services. Hence, it is requested kindly look into the matter and take proper action for good signal strength and service.
