[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Postpaid connection | |||
I am Tarun Reddy from Andhra Pradesh. My Mobile no is [protected], which I am using from past four years.I have recently applied for postpaid connection on 3rd Oct, 2013 which had to be ported from idea prepaid to airtel postpaid.Even after 4 weeks of time my number is not ported or converted to postpaid.I have reported the problem to the agent who came of service for connection registration, he says the number is ported and then converted to postpaid and everything is fine, but New SIM card when inserted shows "limited service" message.I tried contacting him again and he is not responding now.This shows the height of negligence the agents show towards their customers and all they need is their commission.I spoke with other two executives and they didn't give any response as if it is not their duty.I managed to get the numbers of local area senior executive and a team leader with whom I spoke of the same problem.They said that they fixed the problem and there would be no issues after 24 hours.And even after 5 days of time the number is not ported and I'm still using the same old IDEA SIM. Now these people are also not answering the calls.I say these people very irresponsible, incapable and unfit for their positons.Airtel heads and officials should take absolute care in recruiting their agents and executives which otherwise will definitely effect the company's reputation in a very bad way.Thank you. Airtel executives are a bunch of (Specially Hyderabad Zone).They are irresponsible, useless and brainless.They don't know how to address their customers.Bharti Airtel may be a renowned company but it will definitely lose its reputation in near future because of these executives and agents.Mainly the hyderabad executives are stupid and dumb.I applied for a postpaid connection 2 months ago but till date the connection is not active.This simple example depicts the heights of negligence and lack of responsibility of airtel executives.I tried raising a complaint in airtel head office, begumpet, hyderabad, where they are not even accepting complaint saying reasons and excuses.I want my money to be refunded.Thats all
