I have an Airtel Black connection with my wife Ms Satabdi Bose's number [protected] added to the plan as a postpaid connection.
This is really very frustrating and unprofessional from Airtel to deactivate/ barred the number (i.e. [protected]) for all outgoing calls without any appropriate justification and prior notice. We used to pay our bills on a regular interval and that too without delay or after the due date. Till date, all the bills against the connections under Airtel Black are paid and there is no further due against any of the numbers.
This is further ridiculous and frustrating for working woman & mother as her number is getting deactivated after every 2-3 days and she has to constantly call at necessary contacts throughout the day.
We tried to contact the Airtel Customer Care at 121 several times but the customer care representatives were not able to resolve the problems and could not explain the exact issue which required to be resolved at Airtel's end.
We requested Airtel team/ Management via e-mail to take necessary action against this & resolve it at earliest without any further delay.
And We hoped that the Airtel team would take the necessary corrective measures and activate the number ([protected]) without any further delay and assure us that these types of problems don't occur in future.
Till now Airtel is not able to revert on this and resolve the issue.
Kindly help us on this at earliest.
