Airtel — Airtel Prepaid no [protected] services barred

Description and nature of complaint.:::
I am writing this complaint related to my Prepaid Sim [protected] which is registered in my wifes name(Jiby M Babu).
We started getting below messages on number [protected] and outgoing was barred this happened on 28thAug2022.
"As per Govt. directive, documents submitted earlier by you are not valid. Please submit valid ID proof & address proof at the nearest Airtel Store/retailer."

So I visited the Airtel store on 29thAug2022 located at "Shop G-12/ 13, Caravas Aseem Commercial Plaza, South Civil Lines, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh 482002"

There the executives recommended to Port the number and move to Postpaid in my name i.e. Roby Varghese, I agreed to it and they raised the request for the Porting and Postpaid connection sharing the details
"Happy to have your interest in Airtel! We have received the request to port-in your mobile no [protected] with transaction reference no. (Caf no.) D[protected]. We will keep updating you of the related progress. Please clear any unpaid amount with the current operator for a smooth port-in. Track your request at https://www.airtel.in/5/trckr"

They have given me the Postpaid Sim also with SIM No.(1121EC[protected]U) and told me to wait for 5days, but next day itself my Prepaid sim with Sim reference no([protected]) was having no network.

Then I visted the airtel Store again they told number has been terminated and no details are showing in the system and told to Contact the Telangana Airtel Stores as the SIM is from that circle.
