Airtel — airtel recharge rs.399/- | |||||
I have recharged on 20th september with rs 399/- as per commitment given by airtel executive at the time of porting for unlimited calls and 1gb data for everyday 4g internet for 70 days. Airtel executive raise request for 70 days but i received the massage 18th oct and i got a msg that my offer validity is over and i need to recharge again. Why?? Isn’t this offer for 70 days? That’s what the offer said by airtel executive. Why is it getting discontinued within 28 days?? I didn’t spend 399/- inr for 28 days. Kindly see to this problem. I have been a loyal airtel customer. My number is 2 years old. I don’t expect this from airtel. Senior executive and even floor supervisor just cut the phone without help me out from this problem.
