Airtel — airtel rejected my airtel secure service request #3714241 | |||
It is really pathetic to observe such useless services from airtel. I have a postpaid connection of 499 family plan and i have subscribed to airtel secure which comes with my exisitng plan. On 12th of november my phone (Oneplus 6) accidentally slipped out of my hand and fell on the ground due to which the screen got cracked. Thus, i lodged a claim with airtel thinking it would be covered under the airtel secure plan. However, i was taken by surprise when i heard that my claim has been rejected since the event a phone slipping out of a hand does not cover under accidental damages. Moreover, the customer care executive told that accidental damage only applies when the device would be subjected to any external force. Such are the illogical statements coming out of airtel. I request you to look into the concern as after rigorous follow ups all i could elicit from airtel is that it would not be covered under damage protection despite the fact that the device got accidentally damaged. I would like to reiterate that i am going to proceed with legal option if this issue is not resolved and looked into at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
