[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel Secure Claim Payment not received

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal, 711101

I, Aayush Bihani, is using Airtel and My no. is [protected].

Recently, I received a mail from One Assist on 19th June, 2017 that my claim has been approved as BER and asked me to provide hard copies of Cover Note, Original Mobile Purchase Invoice and Cancelled Cheque for settlement of claim and transferring payment into my Bank A/c.

I couriered all the documents through Courier and the same has been delivered by Courier Company to One Assist on 22nd June, 2017. But till now i haven't received any payment in my Account nor any update from One Assist or Airtel.

I am attaching all the documents for your reference. Please resolve the problem.

I also didnt received my unrepaired handset. Regarding all the matter I wrote email to [protected]@in.airtel.com 2-3 times previously but received no response. What kind of customer service is airtel handling.

I doubt airtel customer service handling. Whether Airtel checks its email or not. I had already sent mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com on 25th june, 2017 describing the whole problem in detail but received no reply from airtel till now.
