Hi, It has been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel with lame excuses. I bought an airtel secure plan in the month of apr'18. I have never been careless in my handling of the phone, however i met with an accident and my device got damaged due it. I applied for the claim and my device was picked up for inspection after verifying all my documents. Now after 10 days they come up with an excuse saying my battery is not genuine and it cannot be claimed. What a lame excuse. At the first place my battery is not removable and i have never faced a battery issue to give it for repair. I was following up with them to prove that my battery is genuine but they are not responding. Because the serial number on the battery cannot fool anyone if it's genuine. I have raised this issue with customer care multiple times over phone. Wrote multiple emails on this fraudulent excuses to skip the claim to the following email id's: [protected]@oneassist.in, [protected]@airtel.com, [protected]@airtel. Oneassist.in. But there is no response. I request you to look into concern as after 10 days of rigorous follow up i could register my claim and after 7days of picking the device, i have been told that claim connot be done. I have not taken this secure services from insurance provider and i dont want to hear their lame excuses. I am going to proceed with legal option if not taken my request seriously.
