Updated by rahulbhatnagar I gave my iphone for repairing in "Airtel Secure". A guy came on 12th July 2017 at 09:00am to take my phone and since he took my phone for repair.
yesterday i.e; 13th July 2017 at 3.30 pm I came to know that someone has accessed through my gmail, facebook, ola cabs, instagram, photos, and everything.
I've been charged money by ola cabs for his continuous 4 times use through my account on 13th July.
DO YOU GUYS REALLY UNDERSTAND HOW DANGEROUS IT IS THAT SOMEONE BOOKING OLA CAB FOR 3 TIMES FROM MY PHONE AND CHECKING MY FACEBOOK, GMAIL AND PHOTOS.
I CAN GO WITH POLICE COMPLAINT AND SUE YOU.
When I raised complaint, the ticket was closed without any call. My privacy is in danger and there's no action been taken from more than 8 hours till now (My phone was taken at 9 o'clock in the morning (12th July) and I raised the complaint for misuse at 5 o'clock 13th July).
The manager of that person who misused my phone is IFTEHAR and his number is [protected]. When I'm calling him, he said he will fire the person who misused the phone but he is not giving me the person name who misused it.
I trusted Airtel and gave my Phone for repair but THIS IS WHAT AIRTEL TEAM RESPONSE AND TAKE CARE OF ISSUES.
For everything they say they need 48 hours to resolve the issue.
I need to be answered for all this and I want an immediate action to be taken against the agent who has misused my phone.
AIRTEL TEAM PLEASE GUIDE YOUR CUSTOMER CARE HOW TO HELP WHEN SOMEONE REALLY NEED HELP.
YOU GUYS TAKE NEARLY 2 MONTHS TO REPAIR A PHONE AND THEN MISUSE IT.
MORE OVER NO PROPER RESPONSE.
I THINK ITS BETTER TO SUE YOUR COMPANY FOR MISUSING MY PHONE AND MISGUIDING CUSTOMERS WITH CLAIMING OF AIRTEL SECURE NOT HELPING THEM.
