Airtel — airtel secure. not able to subscribe. | |||
My name is ritvik. I got my sim ported into airtel on 21/09/2018 with rs 499 infinity family plan and since then i am trying to get subscribed into airtel secure on my samsung note 8. On clicking the "subscribe now" option on airtel secure banner (On home of my airtel app), it always gives the error "something seems to have gone wrong" and a "try again" button appears. But i cant find any success. I have even tried to contact 198 but even they are helpless. I have attached some screenshots below. Please do the concerned. Was this information helpful? | |||
