Hi, This is to raise a complaint against the accidental insurance for mobile phone provided by airtel (Product name - airtel secure) with the third party one assist. I had enrolled for the airtel secure plan with my mobile services provider airtel for a monthly payment of rs. 79 toward the accidental damage coverage of my cell phone. On 13th aug, i got my iphone broken due to an accident. On same day i contacted airtel customer care and raised a claim with all the documents he mentioned. After that the real problem starts, i was constantly contacting airtel customer cars for the updates in status. I raise a complaint, they closed it by saying its in process. Today, after 21 days, i have no update what is the status of the claim. I think both airtel and one assist is just trying to make fool to the customers. I have no option left but to raise a complain against them.
