Airtel — airtel service after porting

I've ported my number from vodafone to airtel assuming that airtel has better service and network. But now i'm frustrated. On the 22nd of september, i requested for porting from vodafone to airtel. On 26th of september, i received the message from both carriers regarding approval and acceptance of porting the number. The porting was successful i restarted the phone, it shows full network on my phone. But i'm able to make a call or receive calls and i'm not even able to send or receive messages. Store staff said after frc it will be activated immediately, so i made frc of 76. I waited for 2 hours but it didn't start. By the time i went to the store it was closed. Next day, i went again she called the customer care they said the process is complete nothing is pending from their side. On this staff had no answers. She tried a few things it didn't work. She called the customer care again and asked if giving me a new sim would work. Then she gave me a new sim and said in a couple of hours insert this sim in your phone and in 4 hours your sim will work. I followed the process but still, the issue remains the same. Next the day the store was closed and i went to other stores each had an excuse but no solution. I can understand there might be some technical issues but no one is giving the solution which is frustrating. It's been 4 days my number is not working. Everything is linked to that number. I cannot afford to lose that number. This is pathetic service and unprofessional. They themselves don't know what the issue is.

There is network and Data issue at my location( At my Home and office location ) and I am complained many times since 1 year but still my problem is not resolve. So please resolve my network and Data issue for both location ASAP.
For alleged use of prime zone you have deducted RS 20 on my mobile number [protected] on 22.09.2018.
I have not used any thing prime. Please credit back RS 20/- On earlier occasion on 16.09.2018. You must inform of likely deduction. Please explain what is prime zone.
